- Assalamualaikum, dan salam sejahtera geng. Hari ini aku nk kongsikan dgn korang, macam mane aku overhoul distributor yang digunakan jentera untuk proton wira sistem karburator 15 & 1.3, Proton Iswara 1.3 & 1.5. Kebiasaan nya kenderaan yang menggunakan sistem karburator menggunakan pengagihan api distributer. Distributer ni ade jangka hanyat dr segi api, dan juga leaking. So kat sini aku konsikan cara atasi masaalah leaking berserta overhoul lerai hampir habis. Sebab.. dalam distributer ini pon, ade satu lagi oil seal. Harap oil seal tengah sap ni tak bocor. Kalau bocor... jahanam...

0:04:18 - Guna impact skrue driver untuk buka skrue bahagian dalam distributor
0:04:30 - Buka semua komponen bahagian dalam distributor
0:04:52 - Thermal phase
0:05:10 - Umpil klip dengan skrue driver
0:05:18 - Buka vacuum atas distributor
0:05:30 - Bersihkan kompenen dalam distributor dan letak greese
0:05:39 - White greese
0:05:55 - Lepaskan skrue di tengah
0:06:00 - Lepaskan 2 sping dengan playar
0:06:08 - 2 klip perlu dilepaskan
0:06:32 - Bersihkan semua komponen yang dibuka tadi
0:06:50 - O-Ring bahagian dalam masih lagi baik
0:07:22 - Komponen yang disusun memudahkan kerja pemasangan
0:08:02 - Pemasangan semua semua komponen distributor
0:09:08 - Thermal pste baru
0:09:44 - Gasket marking untuk hausing dalam distributor
0:10:07 - Letak O-Ring baru distributor
0:10:14 - Letak distributor mengikut marking sebelah head
0:10:22 - Cara pemasangan semuala distributor
0:10:26 - Letak pada marking asal distributor
0:10:32 - Ikat semua 2 biji skrue bolt distributor 12mm
0:10:45 - Pasang semula hose vacuum distributor
0:10:49 - Pasang semula semua kabel plug
0:10:57 - Double cek semua kerja yang dibuat tadi
0:11:05 - Start enjin
0:11:18 - Selesai
0:11:30 - Sekali crank je enjin dah boleh start

Assalamualaikum, and hello geng. Today I want to share with you, how I am overhaul a distributor. Usually vehicles using a carburetor system use a distributor fire distribution. When you see oil leaks around the distributor that mean's the O ring is failed/harden/broken. So here I am sharing with you on how to overcome the problem of leaking and overhaul this distributor. There is another oil seal in the center of the distributor. we will make sure to the oil seal in the middle of this distributor is still in good condition.. so.. let's DIY..

Bos apa simtom distributor nak rosak? sebab saya ada masalah kereta mati dalam jalan jem.. rpm drop.. start balik hidup tapi dia mcm tak cukup api.. satria 1.3 mmc
keta macam jln 3 silinder.. salah 1 kabel x de api.. tu salah 1 tanda² nak kong tu..

ye betul.. nak lg mudah.. sebelim cabut.. marking duku dgn marker pen ke, mase nak pasang.. ikut marking lama je..

Hai bos.. Boleh saya ingin tau apa masalahnya jikalau distributor tidak menghasilkan api ke plug?
mungkin tear and wear, cube tgk penutup distributor dan rotor. lama kelamaan rotor akan haus menyebabkan api putus. plug x dpt api. kontek point pon boleh jd juga. kene tgk detail bang baru nampak
