Note: This was played on the Tough Guy difficulty, which basically is the normal mode of the game. Grunt is the easy mode and Hero is hard mode. Playing on Grunt mode only lets you play through the first four stages with no ending. Beating the game on Tough Guy or Hero lets you go through all seven chapters and you get an alternate ending depending on which of the two difficulties you chose to play.
