In this video, Rochelle is joined by Hope, a wonderful woman who is experiencing hair loss from chemo. Hope has never worn wigs, but due to the rate of hair loss, she is ready to give them a try! Rochelle will show her an array of wigs, as well as many other products that we feel are essential during hair loss. Rochelle will also share a lot of tips and facts about hair loss and regrowth, as well as how to wash your wig, store your wig and put on a wig, in addition to a ton more! She will also trim the wig that Hope chooses at the end of the video.

It looks like darling Hope was running out gas about half way through the video. Making choices is exhausting! I'm an Oncology nurse, and energy conservation/pacing is the name of the game! This was another great video. She is so beautiful all the wigs looked good on her no matter the color. I really liked Trixie after you cut it a bit to fit her face. I am so glad we got to see you trim the wig on her. I am not used to short hair either but I really want to try it. Hope has such a gorgeous smile, it lights up her whole face. One thing I have found when choosing a wig in person is to take a picture with each wig once it is on. Once I look at the photos, I feel I can make a more informed choice. The mirror "lies"; for some reason, the camera is easier from which to choose.

I haven't watched 'till the end but I only heard a quick reference to a lace front wig which might be of interest to her.

I had that problem of the "high crown" at first because my own hair was fine and close to my head. I truly understand, Hope! I did get used to it and nobody else seemed to notice at all.

I had the same feeling. Too much hair!!! Then I read somewhere to take a selfie of you wearing the wig. It's amazing! It looked fine! That gave me a lot more confidence.

Wow! You are absolutely beautiful in all of them and every color. No one will ever be able to tell your wearing a wig. May God bless and protect you as you go through your chemo. Perfect choice on the one you made. The one thing about Godiva’s wigs are they last a long time. Trust me, I wear wigs every day and have most of my life. I bought the freedom as my first one in Nutmeg F rooted and it’s been 2 years and I still have it with other wigs so I don’t wear it every day. It’s not as full of course as it was when new, but people still stop me when I am out and complement me on the cut and the color. They don’t believe me that it’s a wig. Lol

Loved the Chantelle and Peggy on Hope, and the Maple sugar, Nutmeg R, and Sugar Cane R looked great on her! But she looks good in so many of the colors and styles! My hair has been thin forever, so when I first started wearing wigs, it seemed like too much hair, and no one was used to that. Now, my husband likes my wigs better because he’s now used to me with more hair, lol! And so am I-I love my wigs!

Hope is a very beautiful women inside and out. I love the choice she made on this wig. It looks so natural on her. Hope I wish you the best and pray God's hand is upon you as you go through this round of chemo. Our God is a miracle working God. And you will love the sleep cap. I wore mine whenever I was home and while in the hospital. Wigs helped give me the confidence I needed when going through chemo. God blessed me with curly hair now. And I love it. I always had fine limp hair and now it is curly and has body. God bless you!

As someone who has just learned I will be facing a second round of bladder cancer this was the best video. First round my hair became so thin...I’m so stressed about my hair. I know it is vain, but have also had 120 skin cancer on my face and arms and stay at home most of the time because of all the changes. This gives me so much hope that I can do this. I live in outstate Minnesota. Is there a shop near here?

Please know that it's your choice - if were you, I would get out and purchase some face makeup with coverage, a little lipstick and blush too. You CAN do this! It looks great, even though I've forgotten the name of the wig but she looks much more confident since she chose the wig she has on. Unfortunately, I just have very thin hair and have to wear wigs most of the time (not at home) but I'm glad I found Godiva Secret Wigs and have already bought the Taylor Top (hair piece) and the Alana and LOVE them and intend to buy more. I won't allow myself to be sad that I have such thin hair and can no longer wear my hair - I have wigs and that makes me very happy. Fortunately, your client will be able to wear her own hair again in 8-12 months but by then, she may find that wigs are so convenient that she will buy a couple more - she really rocks those wigs! I always watch your videos and always "like" them but I don't usually write a comment but I felt like I needed to today. First of all I wish Hope all the best!! She is a beautiful woman and looked amazing in all the wigs she tried on. I also agreed with her choice of Trixie. I bought my first Godiva wig (I was a wig virgin) about a month ago and I already own 13! I have Trixie in three colors and now that I saw Nutmeg F on Hope, I'm going to buy it in that color also. These wigs are so much fun! I hope that Hope decides to purchase Taylor in addition to Trixie for special occasions. She looked absolutely gorgeous in it. Godiva wigs are THE BEST!

Hope looked great in so many styles! I can see how it would be difficult to choose one! I liked the Sabrina, Trixie and Taylor was pretty, too! Good luck during chemotherapy, Hope!
I lost my hair due to chemotherapy in November 2021. Well, I cut it into a short bob before it started to fall , so I could and my 5 year old could slowly get used to a different look. Then, once it started the fall, I didn’t want to deal with the constant emotional toll of seeing it fall easily and throughout the day, so my hubby gave me a buzz cut….like Demi Moore in GI Jane! Lol By that time, I had already purchased by Godiva’s secret wig. I’m 38 years old and bought the Billie wig…it’s so pretty! Rochelle is so right, don’t completely judge it at first sight…it’s going to feel different. But just try it! It took me about 3 days to play with it, style it and get used to seeing it on me…now I love it! I wash it based on Godiva’s Secret Wig shampoo instruction video…and it’s easy and love that it is styled once it dries and ready to go! Minimal precious energy spent on styling my hair.

She's a beautiful lady. I think she could be bald and look great. I love the freedom wig , very cute on her. Even though she has darker hair, I love the creamy toffee - r color on her. Sabrina is a nice look on her too. To be honest, she could where anything. She looks beautiful in all of them. I like taylor on her too, very pretty. Hope is your best model to date. She looks fabulous in all of your wigs, a beautiful lady with stunning eyes and the most lovely smile. She looked amazing in all of your wigs as she has a beautiful heart shaped face with an enviable jawline.
My favourite was the Trixie wig she chose as I felt the Aria was "a bit safe" but the Trixie was more funky, modern, and sexy on her and she smiled the minute she looked in the mirror. I also loved her in the shorter Peggy wig, but like me she is still a bit scared to go shorter even though she looked amazing in it.
I loved how you guided her in your gentle way and actually taught her how to fit the wigs on herself as you and Danielle are experts and Hope needed to be able to do it herself. To donate her first wig to her was such a lovely thing to do, to give her the confidence to look and feel good whilst going through the emotional journey ahead. I truly hope her treatment goes well and that her confidence grows and you have her back again in future videos to update us on her journey if she is willing to be filmed again.
I hope Hope gets confidence from reading the lovely comments here in this supportive community. You are doing so much to help us menopausal ladies feel better about our thining hair.

What a wonderful video. She is so pretty and there was not a bad wig or look on her at all. I understand what she is saying about having so much hair on the top. That is because we have become adjusted to the hair loss on the top. None of them looked like too much, that was only in her eyes. We'll pray for everyone going through this or those just losing their hair because! That's where I am with health issues and hope to have a wig soon.
