- After reading the bible, Diana does not like what she discovers so she shoots Father Andrew and burns the bible whilst Elizabeth looks on.
Proof that with certain people the "nice guy" approach just doesn't work.

Considering he kidnapped this child, I had no sympathy for him.
The reason that Father Andrew took Elizabeth there was no malice in it he had seen what Robin had done to Brian with the red dust toxin and he was afraid she might try to harm her little girl of course Robin Maxwell would never do that but Father Andrew did not know whether that was the case!
@mikegallant811 but why on earth did he take her to Diana?! Surely Julie or Mike would have been a better first port of call? Seriously, Diana and John bring a huge fleet of Visitors to rape and pillage the planet... Father Andrew, who apparently lived among the guerrillas in South Africa, decides to take little Elizabeth to the genocidal, murderous leader of the Visitors in the hope of trying to appeal to her better nature? Malicious or not, he had no right to take a child who didn't belong to him on a mercy mission of his own - I was almost glad to see the naive fool get shot

I like what Diana did to Father Andrew. Idiot tried to reason with her.
I agree with Father Andrew about coexisting with Visitors (only the good ones) and taking Elizabeth away from Robin and Robin’s father they might kill Elizabeth.
But I disagree with turning to Diana. If I were him, I would choose Willie and Harmony as adopted parents for Elizabeth.
This very scene taught me the truth about religion and how it is used constantly to exploit people. Diana wasn't having any of it.
The writers brought this in because of the Eucharist. Note how Daniel and Brian celebrate with wine and Daniel ends up being last supper!
