TransLink Bus Driver Refuses skips a stop and refuses to take responsibility

Pressed the stop button to stop at my usual stop. The driver drove straight past and refused to stop, then had the gall to arrogantly say that I was too late, and he refused to take responsibility for his actions. It was only after I turned the camera on that he cleaned up his act.
