Love the quirky NZ sense of humour coming through... the way the background music goes silent when the electrician comments that this is much better than the old chargers, then restarts again when he adds, "not that there was anything wrong with the old charger" 🤣

I just got this installed for about $2.8k and its been nothing but issues from the first night. I go to plug in my tesla and the red light keeps flashing, switch it on and off again, replug car in but still red light flash. Every now and them it whistles and seems like its fixed it self but just craps out half way through the nighg. I tried again 2 days later but now its says needs to wait until reduced grid load (from home power load i assume). So i go an turn off ever single light and switch i can find, restart the wall charger and.... now its flashing a purply color saying grid load too much like wtf.. Anyway sparkies gonna check it out in a few days hopefully they fix this, i never had any problems with the tesla wall chargers at work will have to wait and see. I think we should be able to plug and charge anytime we want for what we pay for.

@deficator750 Have you spoken to our support team yet? They're the best option to get a fast fix. If it's a hardware problem we will get you a replacement unit or organise an Evnex-certified installer to visit if your issues are being caused by an incorrect installation.
