      It’s why, especially us Barca fans would rather witness a fantastic display of football and determination on the pitch and lose. People can call us crazy and losers all they want, but we don’t care. How we play is the most important thing at this club.

    • @unfeignedfaith
      @unfeignedfaith Před měsícem +2

      @@Crispy_DAWG only true fans of beautiful football can truly understand this type of mentality… unfortunately, most consider that as a petty excuse. I mean, it’s the same in life. You don’t always win. Life is not all about mountain tops. The valleys are just as important as the mountain tops in giving meaning to life. “Win or lose, did you make the most out of it and learn something?” Is the question. If yes, then you didn’t really lose, did you?

      It's not the fact that Barca supporters like a particular style of play and would prefer it even with bad results that other fans (including myself) have a problem, it's them claiming that is the 'right' or 'beautiful' way of playing or supporting.
      There are multitudes of ways to play and visions for a club. All are right, as long as there is no foul play involved. That's the real point

    • @Eluarelon
      @Eluarelon Před měsícem

      @@neerajnambudiri9971 I kinda agree with you and as far as I am concerned, I much prefer Klopp football over the Barca style. This said, I also can kinda relate to what their philosophy is because the thinking behind it is kinda the same here in Dortmund. Clubs like Real or Munich are all about winning trophys, no matter how you do it (probably also why they are way more successfull than their competition). Barca and BVB want to win with style. And especially looking at Dortmund, Terzic isn't critizised so much about their table position or that they lost against Atletico, but for the way they often play even when winning (and that first half at Atletico was absolutely horrific)

Barcelona is the symbol of Pro Catalonia and stands for the independence of Catalonia. It's thus defined as a "Mes Que Un Club" or more than a Club. What makes the El Clasico so epic is two teams, once which was supported by the Spanish regime (the current King is a big Supporter of ATM) and seen as the top example of true Spain's epicenter of Pro Spanish Nationalism, also the best club in the world vs Barca's Catalonia. Whoever loses in the match in between them, suffers a huge wrath from not only their Nationalistic supporters but also via through their own respective biased media. There's also politicism which is played inside within both the clubs so you literally can't say Politics doesn't exist in Football especially when it comes to Spain
      Ngl we all know at this point the likes of Xavi, Pep, Pique, Pep have all played for Spain but in the end all support the Free Independent state of Catalonia. Xavi himself was vocal about it when separatist Catalonia leaders were imprisoned but at the end of the day I don't see the likes of Pep, Xavi managing Spain NT at all

      It’s always been the mentality. Sadly, not everyone understands it nor appreciates it. If you look at the comments from many Barça fans in Twitter/X, you can see the disappointment when Barça wins but plays horribly. There’s no joy. Even when we won double in 18/19 but the team was not playing the true Barça DNA, fans were dissatisfied. So the league win last season really was pure satisfaction. Played Barça football and won well. They have to go hand in hand.

    We always tell other fans from other teams that Barca has and still contributing a lot in football as a whole from cultivating top class players from their Academy and even the Coaches,but what they tell us is how broke Barcelona is,but their rich clubs have not yet matched what broke Barca has done for football as a whole.Which club plays the 16,17,18,19 year olds at a bigger stage like Champs league from their Academy?How many players have Barca sold to other big teams groomed from LaMasia?You can't talk about the history of Pep,Enrique,Arteta,Koeman, to mention a few without Barca's name popping up.Which club has ever produced the best football player in the planet from their Academy?....the answer is Barca

    A small resume, from Galicia, Spain : Guardiola is a good friend of Cruyff. Luis Enrique is a good friend of Guardiola.
    Guardiola took Cruyff´s style a little further.
    Arteta, Emery and Xabi Alonso are from Gipúzkoa.
    Xabi Alonso and Arteta learned from Guardiola, one in City, the other one in Bayern. Xavi learned from Guardiola, and also from Luis Enrique.
    Xavi played with Guardiola and Luis Enrique, under Van Gaal (similar style), and Rexach. At the time? Arteta was in Barça B. Just after that, Henry become a Barça player, and played with Xavi, under Rijkaard, similar style, and La Masía working under that style.
    The only different, is Emery. Or Lopetegi, and some others, that are from Gipúzkoa. The same as Xabi Alonso and Arteta.
    Emery played with Imanol Alguacil, current Real Sociedad coach.
    Barcelona and Gipúzkoa are two hard workers provinces, I would say.
