You don't have to know the condition of a person to pray for salvation. When the woman with the issue of blood touched Jesus, He didn't have to know what her condition was before the virtue flowed from him and healed her. Unless you have caught someone in the act, you, unless you are God, don't really know if they are practicing homosexuality. Just be careful my friend. Self righteousness is a sin and can carry you to the same hell.
