As a 31 year old millennial, I couldn’t imagine watching the NBA without these guys! Them along with Tony Kornheiser and Michael Wilbon on PTI are the most iconic shows ever! ❤

It was great and arguably better before Shaq joined. Barkley is the key, you can make just about any show and personnel work around him.

Nobody cares about the in depth analysis when they watch Inside the NBA. We watch it for the laughs.
The chemistry of that show is incredible. They really caught lightning in a bottle. It’ll be sad to see it break up.

Eh I like to listen to the guys break down the highlights. They tell you what’s going on. Who’s screwing up and how but they put a humorous spin to it
It's the chemistry of all the guys that makes the show special. Eliminating any piece will change the dynamic. Kenny plays the instegator role. Ernie is the daddy and lays down the law. Charles is the bad brother always causing trouble, and Shaq is the little brother who can never get enough of the big brother breaking the rules. They had an amazing run but all good things must come to an end.
Calling Ernie the "daddy" to grown ass men in their 50s and 60s is weird af bro. There's a reason his nickname is "godfather" and not "daddy", like wtf? lmao.

They have the best chemistry, so many funny memories. It will never be the same.
I remember being like 13 in the early 2000s at Thanksgiving gatherings when Inside the NBA came on with the awesome music and all of the hosts had amazing chemistry. It was lightning in a bottle TV. I think when Kenny and Chuck had recently been brought to the show. Vivid memories and I would look forward to fall and Halloween and the NBA season for years to come.
I'm a 80s baby who grew up in the 90s it's going to be cool as heck if NBC brings back that intro/opening music they would play as the guys will be walking through the tunnel and as Bob Costas or Marv Albert would have some backstory that happened between games

Chuck and Kenny for sure. Shaq was a great addition to the show, but Inside the NBA had its identity before Shaq arrived on the scene. I would miss Chuck calling Shaq "Petty White" though.
To be honest I look to Chuck for my basketball takes. Shaq has humor in addition his brutal honesty is refreshing. Kenny hopefully will get a GM gig and EJ is the one that drives the so great segments and balance. Will be missed.

You need them all, the chemistry is no good without all of them, and we laugh at Chuck, but a lot of that is the studio crew coming up with very clever stuff.

I'll give you an option... Kenny is capable of moving to the Host seat and then bring in a new face in his seat. Kenny is very thoughtful and considered and as a regular viewer I think his delivery is quite close to Ernie anyway.
