I think that’s what made everything *click* for me, a light bulb in my head just turned on when he said that and I felt slightly offended but it’s very true. Before this I was convinced I caused permanent brain damage to myself from browsing OCD and anxiety subreddits too much, to the point where I felt like my ability to learn was damaged but his explanation on brain fog (which is what’s causing so much confusion despite the fact that I get 8-10 hours of sleep a night) plus being too comfortable with your suffering just made so much sense to me, and I thought I’d never be able to learn again before this. I struggled with POCD, False Memory/Real Event, sexual harm ocd and meta OCD for a bit now, but I’m gonna apply the stuff I learned in this channel!

    My current symtoms are
    Dizziness
Heart pounding one or two times a day.
    constipation
I took echo sound for heart but results came to normal
I took endoscopy and colonoscopy test again but the result also came to normal.

its just that anxiety is like ghost,it start slow like mine i had first those thoughts about health then from nowhere i had daily panick attacks, after that digestive problems like severe constipation, than fast heart race and increased BP but now from all that stress and anxiety even if im calm i have those heart skipping beats daily like pvcs its worst symptom but even when im relaxed i get them like normal heart rate but heart stops for second then again normal and i dont know how to get rid of them, some says do not think about them but its no way not to noticed them becouse some of them take my breath away its so scary and make mine anxiety worse and my daily life miserable
