[Lyrics]
I am a magnet for broken pieces
I am attracted to broken people
I pick em up and now my fingers are bleeding
And it looks like my fault
And it looks like I’m caught
Red-handed
Hit over the head
Epiphany
Hit over the head
Repeatedly
Thick skull never did
Nothing for me
Same lesson again?
Come on
Give it to me
Only I know where all the bodies are buried
Thought by now I’d find em just a little less scary
Might get easier but you don't get used to it
Keep on autopilot
Hey
Hey
What’s the body count up to now captain?
Hit over the head
Epiphany
Over my head
Repeatedly
Thick skull never did
Nothing for me
Same lesson again?
Cmon
Give it to me
Come on out with your hands up
I’m coming out with my hands up
Hit over the head
Epiphany
Over my head
Repeatedly
Thick skull never did
Nothing for me
Same lesson again?
Cmon
Give it to me
I pick em up and now my fingers are bleeding
And it looks like I’m caught
Red-handed

In love how paramore have grown with the audience. Starting with the angry and energetic teenage - early twenties, moving to depressive and sad late 20's and now for a little sad but more accepting 30's. I'm sure many of us can relate to each of their developing stages and are more than happy and exited for this new era.
Right??? ❤🥹
In love with this comment ❤
Couldnt have said it better!
I don't give a fuck about the lyrics as long as they keep making rock music.
Same. I literally grew up with them being the same age as Hayley. They always made music that related to me at the time I need it. Thats why they are my favorite.
The last chorus is crazy. Some of their best sound ever
NO, SERIOUSLY! I find myself rewinding to this part repeatedly.
No but sameeeeee 🔥
Starts off slow and quiet and moves into a groovy, melodic, heavier masterpiece. Certified banger!
Like “future”!!
Like “All I Wanted” 😛
Like some of their best songs!!
This is basically going to be the most underrated song on the album. So powerful and haunting at the same time, gets stuck in your head with the first listen, an absolute perfect closure for the album. I love you guys so much and can't thank you enough for giving all of this beautiful music to broken people like me❤️ I'd always use your music as my therapy. I'd always love Paramore. It always will remain my first love. Thank you for this album. Thank you for everything (also making me cry as I type this).
This is the best song on the album! It has that old Paramore vibe! 🥰🥰🥰
Hayley knows how to CLOSE A FUCKING ALBUM
Paramore rocks
This is within the same wavelength as Misguided Ghosts, Future, and No Friend in terms of how deep and haunting the vibe is. It’s funny because they all have different style genre-wise but are still the same in an unexplainable way.
this is the best song on the album definitely
Holy shit this album is incredible. I’m over here crying past midnight over Crave and Thick Skull. Thank you Paramore.
My faves as well! They are so rich and beautiful
These two made me cry too! Very powerful tracks
❤
I agree, easily the best 2 Tracks on the new album 👏♥️🔥
i know right?! I've started crying with "Liar" and haven't stopped until the end of the album.
Hayley’s voice sounds so much older and even down the guitar playing sounds more mature in a way. Paramore is definitely a band that has evolved their sound in the best way possible from Misery Business, to Brick by Boring Brick, to Still Into You, to Rose Colored Boy, to this masterpiece. Continue to be amazing you three!
The guitar playing sounds more mature because its a entirely different guitarist than old Paramore
So what is it then. e bike e balloon or E fat
@@franklyput That's only their first three albums though, plus Taylor always played with Josh back then as well. The other two albums are all Taylor. So you could say even his sound has matured for this record.
@@thespankmyfrank the other three albums
People always gush over Hayley's voice (and rightfully so), but her lyricism definitely needs more appreciation. That first verse is just immaculate.
Great songwriters and it's a shame they've been around this long and I hadn't heard them until wed just a damn shame
This is one of their very, very best songs EVER. The build-up is insane. Last chorus makes me go feral
Paramore be here dropping songs made my day instantly 😭
Desde a época da escola que curto, paramore é bom demais!
Ongg
This is one of the best songs of their entire career.
Zac Farro is such a monster on the drums. Taylor York delivers very haunting layers. And that outro, Hayley, wow.
Hearing Hayley's powerful voice on a record again gives me goosebumps. From 3:09-3::33, I said "she's back." I have greatly missed Paramore.
This reminds me of Misguided Ghost and 26 era. Hayley's vocal ability here is purely amazing.

Like just a lover on steroids hahah
Facts
@@ChippyAndBuckyliterally I was going to say the same
Her solo albums literally saved my life. The parallels. Amazing to have found solace like that during the most trying time of my existence.
This song it's just too perfect 😭 the melody, the lyrics, Hayley's voice EVERYTHING makes it perfect 🥺
I don't sling out a lot of praise but this girl is really deserving
I freakin love the sound of her voice in this song.
Why hasn't this been played live yet? It's one of the best songs on the album.
Right, i wanna hear that crazy guitar solo live.. he does alot with a little. Sounds so cool... Not to mention Zacs drums at the end live, would be slammin for sure.
Just got it's first debut in New Zealand
best song on the album and so underrated
This is the most hauntingly perfect song. I cannot get enough of this band and Hayley's incredible voice.
Her singing sounds better than ever
This one and figure 8 is so good
Instant new favourite Paramore song. Wow. The musical composition is gorgeous, the lyrics are heart breaking and Hayley's vocals are just stunning. Love love love!!
I'm an old rock n roller (55) but I whole heartedly agree best voice in 20 years
This song is going to be a classic.
that second verse hits hard
Thick Skull reminds me of that old saying, no matter how much water you pour on a rock it will always flow out (unless it's chemical weathering over time, you'll just end up breaking it). If you are thick skull'd nothing can get through your head. You'll repeat the same lesson over and over again. But the song sounds like the person no longer wants to be thick skull'd because "thick skull never did nothing to me". This song gives a crazy mind trip. Everytime I listen to it feels like the first.
Haley's vocals here 😳💯🔮 when she gets loud it feels nostalgic. Reminds me of the "Emergency" days.
IT'S BEEN SUCH AN HONOR GROWING UP WITH YOU ALL! Thank you for another great masterpiece!
🙀
The vocals the guitar the drums everything 👏🏻👏🏻 😭🖤
Paramore always has such a way with words and presenting them in such a beautiful and magical way. This song is my favorite on the album!
"I am a magnet for broken pieces.
I am attracted to broken people.
I'll pick up them up and now my fingers are bleeding,
and it looks like my fault."
I've never felt so attacked and seen by just the first few lines of a song. Yes, that's me right there, Paramore.
Not me crying to this song at 2am
this is a more mature version of all I wanted, and im absolutely here for it
Paramore with another solid album 💯They're 6 for 6; they don't miss!
This is going to be INSANE live!!!
This song needs to be the next music video. Such an underrated song
The only bad thing about this song it's that has an ending 🥺
This song gives me the good kind of chills... i can't stop listening to it
paramore=free therapy
This sounds new, so fresh, familiar at the same time and touching… A hug to the heart
One of their best songs of all time
agree. 6 months later, definitely top 5 Paramore
Paramore has been there in our shit teenage years, still are here in our mid/late twenties and I feel like 16 years ago
Why I get 'all i wanted' vibes in this one or just me 🥲
Favorite track off the new record. This band just gets better and better. Staying true to their roots but never afraid to try new things.
Love y'all.
when I'm sad, or I was sad PARAMORE with its songs, it was my salvation. 🖤
Paramore NEVER disappoints. And somehow they know how I feel with every song 🫶🏼.
Rock queen
drums are fire on this
nos vemos en san marcos 🇵🇪.
Thank you Paramore, for being a part of me and being with me at every stage of my life, in happiness and sadness you have always been my safe place. Thank you for everything. 🥺💖
I think this is my favorite of all the new songs.
Same
Never thought id say this but, maybe the best paramore album ever
Please tell me I'm not the only one who thinks this sounds like "All I Wanted" 🙏😭
yeah, similiar vibe esp. with those notes at the end
Said the same 💯🙌
Desde que vi el título de esta canción, supe que iba a ser una muy especial 🖤🎶
best song on the album... perhaps even the best song you guys have ever written (i know those are strong words but its my honest opinion)... highly underrated so far. its my favorite, really. phenomenal. this album truly is... something!
I am laying on the floor crying. This song is so good
My favorite from this album probably. It’s early 2023 and im gonna say it. ITS THE BEST ALBUM FROM THE YEAR
the latest songs on the album are always the best!! Thanks Paramore ♥️
enough time has passed to accept that this is their best song
Hi Paramore, yesterday afternoon I bought the limited edition This Is Why acetate that includes your Poster. I am very happy that my vinyl arrives in Colombia dear, God bless you and I hope to meet you personally. I love them with all my heart. Thanks to you I believe in Rock and Roll
an album with only masterpieces, even C'est Comme Ça, that I didn't like it at first, became a must listening song after awhile
I can't wait to listen to these songs 1000 more times. So. Beautiful.
Paramore never disappoints!
this is something I'll listen to and instead of crying, numbness will take over me.
They somehow top each album they make with the next, Paramore never misses
Wow been a min since I heard a paramore song favorite band 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
madly in love with this track. the way all instruments shine and compliment one another, the sharp imagery in the lyrics, the way the tension builds throughout and how the varying levels of intensity are perfectly balanced. every second fills its role perfectly, every single detail has its place. very haunting. and it gets better everytime I hear it too... still in disbelief at how incredible the whole record is.
this is def my favorite. franklin vibes. a haunting dialogue with your past self that finally gets verbalized. i'm embarrassed that i rly needed this song
Paramore really got up from their hiatus and did it to em
This album is a masterpiece ❤
Im high of Paramore. I love the way they grew up with the audience
this is literally one of the best paramore songs! its SO good!
This brought me RIGHT back to being in 9th grade middle school and I’m 27. This is so so so beautiful, it’s rare where music brings me to moments.
There's so much pain in this song. Truly a work of art.
Feeling the blues today on a regular friday, just to have this album drop after almost 6 years since the last album, is the most perfect gift for any Parawhore out there. The whole album is perfection from beginning to an end, absolutely worth the wait. Excited to blast this on repeat and just lose myself in the feels.
can't get over this one. this is so fucking good, peak songwriting and performance here.
This is such a perfect album closer
This song is an absolute masterpiece. The lyrics, the music making your emotions bigger and bigger. This is my favourite song of the album and I hope we can have many versions of it live
Easily my favourite one.
34 year old man over here 😭 over some paramore. Hayley and the gang, it was superb. Xoxoxxxo
Pinche voz espectacular que tiene Hayley preciosa 🥺🤧❤️
Best song on the album.
This song is so relatable. The police in my hometown are trying to silence me. I was a victim of CSA, HT, and DV and have suffered from multiple psychiatric disorders from a young age. Nothing has healed my soul like music or animals ❤
😭😭😭😭 This song is amazing! Please come back to Mexico City again!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
This is my most favorite song of the album
one of my paramore's comfort songs.
best song on the album oh my god i cannot even fathom how it’s underrated it’s incredible
This song feels like early 2000s songs
Yes. I think it's the guitar
This might be Paramore's best song
its insane when paramore and pierce the veil dropping songs at the same day
No sé pero esta canción me recuerda mucho a la de "Future" pero con las vibes de que por fin todo está poniéndose en su lugar en la vida, mi vida. God damn, los amo demasiado
Omg debo escuchar ambas seguido, me encantó tu analogía
Pensé lo mismo.
I love the second verse. Haley's vocals are really moving that section along beautifully.
in love with this song, it’s incredible
The lyrics on this one and the climactic build up to the bridge and last chorus is so brilliant. I didn’t realise this is the final track and after I felt so empty. This track is so beautiful and haunting. Feels so mature, Taylor and Zac did their thing on the instruments especially the guitar solo. Amazing amazing. I never want Paramore to end.
Podemos hablar del tremendo instrumental de esta canción??? Esto va más allá
Verdad que sí?
They SNAPPED on this song omg
Can't get enough of it.
One of my favourite song of the album ; I can't stop to listen to it, each days. ❤
My favorite song of the album ❤️❤️ my favorite era of paramore, I love you guys so much
What a fine way to wrap an album. Very beautiful song. Kudos Paramore!
I can't stop listening. After so many years, they still have the iconic Paramore sound. This is literally a masterpiece
so sweet, so smooth and so powerful at the same time!! Hayley, you are a goddess of the microphone!
We are so glad you guys came back from that long and deserved break!
