  • Each of you wants a pet Reptile that loves you and that can be held whenever you feel like it. Well lets go over the bonding and taming stages in this video.
In this video, we'll discuss how to build the best relationship with your pet Reptile, whether your friend is a Snake, Lizard or Turtle this is the video for you! We will cover the three main stages I have carefully created. ALL Reptiles will go through these stages if done correctly. (Not Tame, Semi Tame, Fully Tame). We will use some different Lizards for all the stages, which will give you the best visual representation of these stages.
We'll share valuable insights, tips, and my experiences on how to establish trust and forge a deep connection with your pet reptiles. Bonding / Taming does not happen overnight. Sometimes, depending on the Lizard it will require months or even years of taming to become a fully tame Lizard. It's very important to remember to never push your lizard to be with you, if done this way you may have an animal that will take longer to trust you.
Discover the joy of bonding with Reptiles and unlock the secrets to nurturing a harmonious relationship that transcends species barriers.
    Enjoy!

I’m working with a young tegu. 2 weeks ago he was trying to bite me, hissing and puffing up, etc…
Now he comes up and flicks me and wanders off. I got to pet him for a few minutes the other day. He enjoyed it and then seemed to resent that he enjoyed it.
I tame based on respect and patience. It’s nice seeing someone who isn’t forcing it through constant handling.
One rule I have is if they’re in the hide I leave them alone. The hide is sacred.

Thank you very much for the video! I'm working on trying to develop that top tier bond with my rescued Boyds Forest Dragon. We are quite comfortable with one another, but he still can get quite jumpy and sometimes even irritable. This video was very helpful
