This is one of the BEST videos I've ever saw
Thanks! I appreciate the kind words 🙂
Twisted, l really enjoyed watching this, seeing all those cars from the 60's was seriously a nice touch and the editing was done very well, liked the way you did the time sequence, alot like Resevoir Dogs. The music choice for this was awesome sent a pretty intense vibe while watching it. So l was hoping the bad guys would of got away lol but the detective was just too damn good at his job! What was cool was seeing multiple chevys at the same time, giving it a real 60's feel, l loved the part at 24:45 brilliantly done! :) For the most for me it felt like a Quentin Tarantino film, and this would be an awesome movie if ever done on the big screen so keep up with the innovativeness and hopefully someone hires you to make this or other projects into a million dollar movie! :) Thank you again Twisted for all your hard work you do on your projects, just want ya to know l appreciate it very much. Left a like #9
Thanks again for the kind words. I really wanted to do something different and I love these different time periods so I thought 60's would be awesome. This took some time, but I started working on this when I was finishing Neon dawn. It's sad that people don't appreciate machinimas the way they should. I'm really happy you liked it though.
I really enjoyed the timeline changing. Kept you engaged. Nice choice of music. Editing was done nicely. Just very well put together. The cars, guns, outfits, everything gave it that old school vibe of 50's 60's. Thank you for sharing!
Not even five minutes and I love your channel.
Thanks man! I appreciate the support :)
You are extremely talented I loved neon dawn it gave me that retro futuristic vibe from that blade runner did the way you put the movie together was just great and please make a neon dawn part 2
Thank you for the support! It really means a lot :) I'm glad you liked Neon Dawn, because it was extremely challenging project for me. The first Blade Runner is one of my all time favourites and I wanted to capture that same atmosphere. I also intentionally included references to other 80's sci-fi movies. I haven't thought about a sequel, at least not at this point. I'm working on another machinima at the moment.
TwistedWisdom it was honestly spot on in my opinion the soundtrack the ending it was truly captivating you should be a real director do u have an ig or snap ?
Yeah just created IG account... twistedw89. I had one before but I never used it. I don't have snap but you can also follow me on Twitter or FB to keep updated on my future projects.
beautiful! where did you find the sounds of the bullets
Thanks! Most of the bullet sounds are from my own Audio Library, but some of them are from CZcams.
TwistedWisdom okay because it sound like a western movie and it's perfect congratulations!
Yeah I took some influences from western movies. Thank you so much.. I'm glad you liked it.
This is amazing!
i instantly knew you were using a tarantino style, just from the story structure and the classic vibes from him, great job man im also a massive fan of tarantino, and love making movies and machinimas, awesome job
Very well made movie. I'm saying this 100%.
Most underrated video on CZcams.
Damn this one awesome, you got a new sub, make another of these
Thanks friend! I appreciate it. I'm now working on something similar, but it's not actually a sequel for this.
This takes 11 years after Fallen City if this was a book I would read it. 1968 the year of riots but also the year of chill music or how some put it Groovy. 10 out of 10 on the video
Thanks for the kind words. I appreciate it a lot! I love this decade as much as I love the 50's 🙂
I have an idea: what is you made a Gta 5 Machinima set in the year 1949 where a lapd Homicide Detective try’s to solve the murder of a famous actress. While searching for clues he finds out that the actress was connected to Micky Cohens Gang ( or just some random mob that runs LA).He then Starts interviewing people and eventually he finds the mobs hide out and gets in to a shoot out resulting in the arrest of 4 mobsters and the death of 5. It’s just an idea but if it’s an interesting idea please reply and see if you can make it.
It sure is an interesting idea and I really want to get back to that era, at least for one more time. At the moment I'm too busy working on other projects so I can't promise anything yet. This is a cool idea and definitely worth to think about. It might become my future project when I have more free time. Thanks for the help!
Your welcome . Also thanks for making the video
real great cinematografi , y realy enjoy man , congrats
Thanks
This was a very engaging little heist film. The way you made the Los Santos map look worn out and old to match the aesthetic was cool. There needs to be more professional looking films made using Gta V director mode. I have tried crafting action stories in Gta director mode but they haven't come out the best. I look forward to watching the rest of your content.
what a wonderful creation! 👏👏
Thank you so much! I'm glad you liked it :)
This video is tuff thumbs up
Thanks Isaiah.
Man...I mean this is the best heist movie for me! Well done!
How did u put cigarett to that guys mouth it looked so cool for his charachter!
Thanks man! I had a lot of fun while making this. I just took a cigar prop and attached it to his mouth. Pretty simple :)
TwistedWisdom keep with a good work. Oh I thought I can do that by a glitch for my gta online charachter...
luka segota I will. I don't know if it works online. I do these movies on PC with bunch of different mods and in single player only. I just used Menyoo trainer to attach that cigar.
@@TwistedWisdom well I will try haha
I hope u have a great day and u just need to keep working becaouse this is really good!
😉
New sub
the best way to improvise, add music for everything hah
This is awesome love the 60s vibe, are you using mods for the camera shots or still using rockstar editor
No I just use R* Editor
@@TwistedWisdom ok thx
Genial
Gg for the detective 👌🏻🙏🏻
Where'd you get the music from? Its really cool
Loved it all although at the end I would have liked if the officer bled out
You're one sick bastard
What’s the chase scene music in the end with the impala
Night Man by Ender Guney
TwistedWisdom can’t find it you know the one with the guitar
TwistedWisdom starts at 23:35
That's 'The Saloon' by Josh Lippi & The Overtimers
the start remind me of ocean eleven ending
Twisted can you tell me how you make movies like this, is it only on PC?
Sorry for the late response. Yeah it's on PC only with many different mods.
One of them sorta looked like Keanu Reeves
90s
I liked it but there was no talking sadly. Can say if I enjoyed it or not.
heist start : 17:35
