How many servings do you get from the cake?
This is amazing! True art! It's beautiful! Is it better to use modeling chocolate as opposed to fondant or is it just your preference? I've never used modeling chocolate before.
Thank you so much! I would say it’s your preference! Modeling chocolate is great! I typically don’t use it for more full coverage, but have done it before and it works just fine and is delicious.

Chelsea when you invert the cake how do you stop it from falling? I tried doing this and the 7 inch sides collapsed I’ve the 6 inch.

What did you use to wrap the cake board? is it an edible image on fondant ?
Nicole Larsen I actually took plain images (printed with a regular printer), mod podged then all over the board and then put contact paper over them.
