    TODAY'S RECIPE IS Raisin Butter Cake | Kishmish Cake Recipe | Yummy
    INGREDIENTS:
    Raisin butter cake
    Black raisin 1/2 cup
    Wash well & soak for 10 mins
    Strain
    Keep aside 1 tbsp raisin
    Flour 1 tbsp
    Coat well
    Butter 100gm
    Powder Sugar 2/3 cup
    Mix until fluffy
    2 eggs ( one at a time)
    All purpose flour 1 cup
    Baking powder 1 tsp
    Milk 1/4 cup
    Vanilla 1 tsp
    Add raisins
    7 inch pan
    Brush butter
    Place baking paper
    Leftover Raisins on top
    Place a stand & heat the pan for 5 mins on medium flame
    After 5 mins place the mould
    Cook it on low flame for 30-40 mins
    Or bake in a preheated oven at 160c for 30-40 mins
    NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
