As Codeine Phosphate is a controlled drug.Are we allowed to keep in normal drug trolley and administer to patient without double check with another registered staff? please reply

Please clear my doubt that paracetamol medicine column it s not mentioned injection or tablet only in route it mentioned PO. Is it enough by understanding from route taking tablet is ok
PO means per oral I think that is enough to know that which route you have to give .

Hi, it will depend on if the medication is a regular medication or not.
While giving medication tablets should be dropped into their hand or giving pot in their hand
If drop then don't try to take it leave it as and give different one
