You would just make your back circle skirt longer in the center back but the sides seams should be the same length as the front. Basically like a high low circle skirt

No not really since it'll be covered ..I prefer neoprene since it's thicker and will give it that extra poof. It's also easy to sew vs getting a light weight fabric
Hey the bolt is 40 yards I cut the bolt into 3 PCs and I use 2 PCs on each side that's why I had to get 2 bolts . So total you will have 6 PCs out of 2 bolts but you will only use 4 out of 6
