Yes totally, you need a lot of volume to achieve the fullness and I mentioned it in the video. However, I just did a very small section from the intro video you saw because I had 10 yards. So it totally depends on the design / style you want to achieve

Instead of cutting square pieces of tulle can you still achieve the same look by just gathering tulle along the top of long strips of tulle?
