Super easy to follow this tutorial! My skirt turned out exactly as planned. The only thing I’d do differently next time is to attach the waistband casing to the skirt lining before attaching the tulle. 10/10
Why have you not gone viral to a million views for your items. Your absolutely brilliant wish I'd found you before but I'm here now. I will share your stuff x
I found a way to calculate the yardage of tulle. Because I wondered how I could practice on my miniature mannequin so I came up with the formula. Hip Cir (44") X 6.55" = 288.2"which is 8yards for each layer) For the total yardage of Tulle for this project 288.2 X number of layers(5)= 1441"(Approx.40yards)
Hello ! Thank you for you video ! I never sew before and I have a project of a skirt like this, do you think I can do it ? Also I have a question, is it possible to do this skirt but not high low ? Thank you again 😊😊
Hi there! This is very beautiful. Can you please explain how to sew the tulle down seeing as you have sewn the skirt close before adding the tulle. Please explain for me as I need to make a skirt to wear for a wedding. Thank you
Love the tutorial. However, I have a question, I noticed you measured the waist circumference for the waist and used elastic. Did you later cut the waist larger to pull over the hips?
So, I saw you marked the waist 9” on the fold and add another one on the fold would be 27” plus the 1.5” added would be 33”. Is 33” the hip measurement?
Thank God I finally got what I wanted.May Allah bless the works of your hands. This is definitely going to be my Eid outfit this year inshaallah!
Ameen. And Bless you too.

Good Jab 😁 I love this🥰♥️
Thank you Ma. The skirt length of miniature is 16". What would be the length of each layer?
@@SEWWITHADA 4-5” depends on the space
Quick question? What is the 6.55"?
@@anneg5019 she just used 6.55” as her own calculation to get a full layer of tulle
This is exactly what I needed. Thank you 🙌🏿🙌🏿

😊😊
Hello, sure you can do it. I believe in you 🥰
Yes, it doesn’t have to be high low. I have another video like this that is not high low.
Love this, what would the measurements be for a child though???
It depends on the child

To attach the tulle to the skirt is just to sew on the guidelines. The skirt is wide enough
6in 25 yards is good still learning
Ok
Love the tutorial. However, I have a question, I noticed you measured the waist circumference for the waist and used elastic. Did you later cut the waist larger to pull over the hips?
You mean I used the hip circum.. at the waist.
Yes. So it can pass through the hip.
So, I saw you marked the waist 9” on the fold and add another one on the fold would be 27” plus the 1.5” added would be 33”. Is 33” the hip measurement?
I don’t understand this question at all. Pls watch the video again.

Hi, how much would all the materials needed cost? And how many hours did this take.? I really need this for the weekend.
Hello, it depends on the tulle, This tulle is about 300 Naira per yards. As for how many hours, I can’t say but you can make it in a day.
Do you sew an half inch on both sides?
Yes
Where did you buy this tuelle is it soft or stiff ?
It’s hard Net
I need 4 colors is it 10 yards per color
You can mix colors however you like
Hi
How many yards did you use and can I make it with soft net
40 yards
Hi what type of tulle is this
Hi, it’s hard tulle
How many yards per layer? Each layer is how many yards?
Watch again
can someone please tell me how to do what she did on @8:16 thank you!
I used the longest stitch on my sewing machine to sew on half inch, then picked one of the tread to make gathers. You can also use a gather foot.
@@peshstyle thank you! Im a beginner in sewing and "gather" is the word im looking for to achieve this "ruffled" look. thanks so much again!
@@ricaselva1156 Welcome 🥰♥️
