A CASA JACARANDÁ foi pensada para explorar ao máximo as belezas naturais do entorno. O terreno, junto aos pedidos dos proprietários, foi moldando uma casa extremamente imponente.
Por conta do aclive (terreno mais baixo na frente e mais alto nos fundos) conseguimos implantar a casa de modo a ter a vista completamente livre para o Morro Santana que está logo a frente. O aclive possui 14,5m de diferença na altura frente-fundos.
O desnível do terreno possibilitou um bom pátio frontal com piscina, que é acessado através de degraus que fazem a conexão entre a casa e a piscina. Os degraus por sua vez possibilitaram a criação de floreiras e bancos com futons, que além de embelezar também são úteis para os momentos de lazer!
Além disso, o próprio condomínio tem um plano paisagístico bem bacana, pensado na flora e na fauna locais! 💚🏡

The JACARANDÁ HOUSE was designed to make the most of the surrounding natural beauties. The land, along with the owners' requests, shaped an extremely imposing house.
Due to the slope (lower terrain at the front and higher at the back) we were able to deploy the house in such a way as to have a completely free view of Morro Santana, which is just ahead. The slope has a 14.5m difference in front-back height.
The unevenness of the land allowed a good front patio with a swimming pool, which is accessed through steps that make the connection between the house and the swimming pool. The steps in turn made it possible to create flower pots and benches with futons, which in addition to beautifying are also useful for leisure time!
In addition, the condominium itself has a very nice landscaping plan, thought of the local flora and fauna! 💚🏡
