A OBRA ATRASOU MESES POR CAUSA DA RAMPA

Finalmente saiu o sexto episódio do Diário de Obra da Casa Jacarandá!!
A obra estava parada/atrasada por conta da rampa de veículos, que é o que mostro nesse vídeo novo!

A casa foi projetada para um condomínio que fica em Viamão/RS. O aclive do terreno (14,5m de diferença frente-fundos) junto aos pedidos dos proprietários foi moldando uma casa extremamente imponente.
O desnível do terreno possibilitou um bom pátio frontal com piscina, que é acessado através de degraus que fazem a conexão entre a casa e a piscina.
A casa possui 3 pavimentos: no subsolo temos depósito e banheiro da piscina, no pavimento térreo temos as áreas sociais, e no segundo pavimento ficam as suítes.

The sixth episode of the Casa Jacarandá Work Diary is finally out!!
The work was stopped/delayed due to the vehicle ramp, which is what I show in this new video!

The house was designed for a condominium located in Viamão/RS. The slope of the land (14.5m front-to-back difference) along with the owners' requests shaped an extremely imposing house.
The unevenness of the land made it possible to have a good front patio with a swimming pool, which is accessed through steps that connect the house and the pool.
The house has 3 floors: in the basement we have a storage room and pool bathroom, on the ground floor we have the social areas, and on the second floor there are the suites.
