I’m not a Taylor lady, never been in my rotation but can completely respect Taylor’s talent, influence and everyone that is obsessed. Totally understand, i’ve just never got fully into her music - some of her songs I don’t mind but so many song titles people mention i’ve never heard.
I’ve been a fan of G for years, saw them a while ago when they were smaller and this cover is great! The arrangement is what I love. May need to seek out some more of Taylor’s music to get into the lyrics 🤔

Um. WOW. I'm a big Taylor Swift fan, and Cruel Summer is one of her best songs, so I honestly didn't expect to love any cover of it all that much, but holy crap I was wrong, this cover is incredible! I now have two versions of this song I plan to listen to on the regular!
Also, the way the pronoun changes bring an entire additional dimension to the song? AH-mazing. It feels like the same great song and a new great song at the same time, and I think that's sublime.
