The Government has restrictions on Real Estate Rebates and contributions to closing costs whether from the builder or a Real estate agent. They are referred to
as third party contributions. These third party contribution limits are based on loan type, equity to appraised value and can only be applied to certain things depending
on loan type and must be approval by ALL interested parties involved. The rebate or credit must be shown on the settlement statement.

Your videos are great, but this particular model is strange and unattractive. Medallion failed on the design of this one.
