The big window behind the kitchen sink is a game changer. I don't like open floor plans. BUT seeing palm trees instead of kitchen cabinets from my couch is so much better

It will always be wild to me that a half a million dollar home is shocking when it's considered luxury
Problem with Star Farms is if you aren’t a Horton customer there’s nothing in between. Heard Westbay is coming, but will be higher than their other communities.
The Emarald line is Dr Hortons higher end line so those are pretty middle of the road between custom and their regular line.
I’m sure we’ll be going back to do another video when WestBay is building.
Did they ever post the cost of the IDEA home?

You have to pay for the right to walk into a restaurant. Then you have to pay the high price for the meals then a 15%tip
DR Horton? Isn’t that an entry level mass builder? Finishes do look budget.

It sold for 3.1. Interestingly enough you can build a Bellara in Everly for 2.6 depending on what lot you choose!
