They literally stand behind a horse and take a picture of the backside of the animal and the writer OK the only reason why I would do that. Can't necessarily make out if it's front or back. 99% of by he people out there are amateurs just trying to get an interesting photo or two. They can't stand out in the middle of the street to take their pictures so they do what they can. You don't want that picture then don't take one.

Right or wrong, I can attest to the comment about the USA. I was in Washington DC with a friend heading down to the Pool. My friend asked me to get his camera out of his back pack for him. With in 1 minute we were stopped by the police, passports checked, searched and had the SD cards from our cameras taken. We were then told, in no uncertain terms to leave the area immediately. Turns out, we were near the Saudi Embassy when we stopped. We certainly weren’t behaving as creepy as this woman. There is actually a large park with seats and everything just a short walk from where she is standing. The stupid grin on her face after the Guard yelled at her tells me she knew exactly what she was doing.
There was nothing despicable at all, just a slow-news day. Worst she did was to peep around the stone pillar which, as far as I know, breaks no rules, regulations or laws.

Awwwww, the little Dachshund doggies were so darn cute. We Had 3 long ago. Not at same time though. Lab mixes, German Shepherd, Brittany Spaniel, Irish Setter, some kind of other mixed breed. Good guard dogs all. F when we still had our 80 acre farm, where we had 20 Bantam chickens, some ducks and geese. The geese and all 3 dogs we had alerted us there was a problem one school sick day. Mother and I went to look through glass enclosed front porch towards barn. Bottom of big door was left open for the chickens, ducks and geese to come and go during the day. There was a strange dog running around end by open doir, not one of ours. Mom grabbed her rifle and went out to barn. Closed big door down, went in through smaller side doors, inner and outer ones. There were 2 strange dogs in the barn. They started to attack so she had to shoot them. Then called animal control to pick the bodies up. They killed all but one Batman chicken. Geese and ducks escaped. Some years before that we had big flock of geese used for natural pesticide/weed control for strawberries and vegetables. They were all killed by feral dogs. So dogs are good in some ways.
We had two beautiful mongrel dogs that were so full of character. One would always walk around a puddle cos it didn't want to get it's paws wet whilst the other one would look at us mischievously as it was winding us up. Our dogs were more like furry humans and were very much members of our family. The trouble is that when they get older and sick, it's very heartbreaking when you loose them. 😭

It’s a listed building, they have to be cared for properly. As a livery yard owner I use both industrial power washers and industrial steam cleaners, forget what you’re doing for a moment and they have concrete up off the yard and rendering off the walls!

Depending on the lighting it can be kind of a cool picture to get the silhouette of guard and horse framed in the arch.
