Sad that people have forgotten how to forage.. growing up as a kid in the 70’s/80’s… I never went hungry when I was playing…we all knew where all the fruit trees etc were…I made elderflower wine years ago..made the mistake of adding the stalk and flowers lol…definitely will be buying your books as feel you’ve made it quite simple to learn how to forage….
