I think while everyone was around Kaufmo's funeral , Jax may be quietly mourning too. I feel he is the kind of guy who just doesn't want ppl to see it. And even in this episode, he seems to always keep keys. So he may still trying earnestly to find a way out
Near the end of the episode, at Kaufmo’s funeral, before Jax leaves, for a second you can see his face soften a bit when they mention the funeral

For those who didn't know already, when Gummingoo was seeing himself lifeless this is a reference to 3d games, they will put still figurines of npc and then clone and teleport it, when the game starts the moving and animation codes come into place.

31:48 no that is not a human hand that’s ragathas hand, you can see her sleeve for like a split second. As for the other hands the ribbon is pretty obviously gangle, however the other hand I truly have to idea, one could assume it’s Zooble but as far as I’m aware they haven’t had a hand that looks like that (though seeing as zooble will have a slightly different appearance each episode it’s very possible it is them) also unrelated to this comment but I think you should check out the other show glitch is currently working on (It’s called Murder Drones), I think it would be a fun reaction series and many murder drones fans would love it :D
