If milk is bad for your bones then why does any adult have normal bone mass after drinking milk for their entire childhood? I drink milk regularly I'm so does everyone I know and I don't know anyone that had asked you a porosis as a twenty-year-old. I think that's all being taken out of context because commercial Dairy has no vitamin K and no probiotics which are two things that helped the calcium in it to get into the bones and help strengthen them. Grass-fed milk is the natural way of getting milk and it has all the nutrients that should normally be there unlike cows that are fed corn!

The only way you know how much to take all year is to get your blood tested twice a year. That's why I joined the vitamin D study. My blood is tested spring & fall. It turns out I need to take the same amount of D3 all year to keep my levels where I want them, even if I'm in the sun in the summer. And when my stress level increases, I have to nearly double my intake because my body goes through D when I'm in a lot of stress.

If your under such diet. Make sure your doing with guidance with your physician and dietary coach. And if your on such diet and looking for good source of vitamin D
Wild caught salmon is a great source of Vitamin D3
And remember Vitamin D is also a hormone. So get enough sunlight, and enough exercising.
You need good vitamin D levels to find the calcium in the bloodstream. Then you need to drive the calcium into the bones. That’s when you need vitamin K2, so it can end up into the bones. Furthermore, you’ll need to bind the calcium to the bones. That’s when collagen comes to play. If the body not producing enough collagen. Then that calcium has not place to bind. That’s why you need Eating foods rich in vitamin C and amino acids that can increase the levels of hyaluronic acid and collagen within the body.
So hopefully that can answer your questions.

I have been drinking 1-2 glasses a milk all of my 66.5 years. My doctor always compliments me on my bone density. All my friends who break a bone so easily lifts weights, no gluten, eat well but never drink milk. I exercise, drink milk, eat gluten. If I ever stopped buying milk, my husband would divorce me.
