Rsi really needs to add a comms like "speakerphone sound" throughout the entire rig. Like a boss coming over the master intercom telling people what to do would be great.

Looking at the reclaimer, I have a feeling this would be an asteroid sucker instead of munching.
Hopefully Ill get the Arrastra as a loaner as well.
Possibly the first industrial capital ship, but in 3-5 years after the first and second capital combat ships are added. Mining is a favored lead industry because it ties so well to trade and eventually outposts. Orion was the concept for meta of mining, but it's great seeing it finally coming together. The choice between the Astra and Orion is whether you're a 4 crew and over or not. Reclaimer is best for a person trying to understand the feel on what we have in the game. But look at Duffer's fine pictures, the Reclaimer looks like a drop ship, to the hull c and a factory that is the Orion. It's painful but if you're really going to crew an Orion some day for fun you should take a reclaimer from a city out of atmo, set up some music it's going to be slow. Great vid, wonderful images and pacing.
I can't wait to see how this ship Turn out eventually in game.
It does make the reclaimer seem tiny next to the Orion compared to what size it actually is lol

Yeah I do try hard to make sure the information is correct and it's actually quite nice to do some research on ships. Quite enjoyable actually.

As far I know one thruster is the same size as a Constellation after the latest rework.

Where did you get the infos about the size ? On RSI website it was wrote 170m long, the double is very impressive, it would make look like the reclaimer is a dwarf next to it ^^ ?

Rsi website always seems to be a bit behind lol, They had originally had it to 100m but this wasn't big enough for the final shape as it's the most expensive mining ship supposedly. So the upped it allot to fit everything inside.

What about the reclaimer ?
You say Orion is the biggest mining ship, so that could mean there is a bigger ship in salvage as well ? Because it's more than two times smaller ^^
I suppose there could be one in the future, I think the reclaimer has pretty much everything salvage wise the game has to offer at the moment so they will have to think of something new in that way.
i cant fucking wait too see the orion with modern RSI design language. it is going to be like owning a space statiion. the orion is fucking HUGE since they upgraded its size!
They will probably not update its design to match current RSI. In the lore its not an original RSI design. Another company made it then went bankrupt and RSI bought the designs.
