- We got Nate a new sound system for his Jeep from CT Sounds. We got him a 12" sub, a box, a 1500-watt amp, new side speakers, and a wiring kit. Now let's test his old system out, install the new system, and hear the difference. Thank you for watching!!

The subwoofer Nathan choose is amazing. Great job on setting it up for your first time. The new sound system sounds fantastic.
Usually you run the wire along the floor near the door on the sides
I suggest doing skar audio or the old Memphis audio stuff like amp , subs (2 12s)
You should tuck the power wire under the door jam coverings floor boards and zip tie it in places
Make sure all your wires are connected firm make sure your using the right power wire and gauges and your using the proper amp fuze I got two scar zvxs on a 2k and it shakes the doors on the door frame
If there's any interference in the speakers move your rca's to the opposite side of your power wire
Make sure your ohm subs rating match the amp you have to wire them for the ohm rating

Awesome video Andrew and Nathan sounds very nice as. You said Nathan needs to tidy up his wires in his car . Then it will look awesome. Not sure much on sub’s and amps but I’m sure you will find some one to get it all tune up properly. Hopefully you post up a other video in day light with everything all finish etc

Sound systems for cars are amazing.
I have sony speakers in my cars and 16 inch sub with amp.
Inline fuze is very important for amp.
Having a dac can be overkill sometimes.

You might need to re wire the sub in the box it sounds like it’s not set at the proper ohm rating
Also don’t run the power wire on the same side as the RCA and remote wire because it will cause distortion
Ct sounds is great but his amp could be better if he ever upgrades the amp a recommended a DS18 amp or taramps
They mid range and tweeter speakers
You put the amp by the speaker box not under the hood by the battery just fyi

It shouldn't be turning red when the rear door is open u might want to check the gains on amp

If it's just the sub than no even a 200 watt Amp can run a a high watt sub its all about adjusting the Amp but if nate wants to sub to work at peak performance than yall should go to the next size Amp or get a Rockford Fosgate amp

You can’t hear the bass you should have put on a better song to hear the sub
