I was a massive people pleaser in my young teenage years until my mid 20s.I'd find myself alone, broken and in bad financial situations. People pleasing can be so toxic..
Im now 30 and being tested for this after 2 years of absolute hell and depression
Definitely has ruined some aspects of my life but everything’s a learning lesson

Actually it has messed up my life..
I'm diagnosed with ADHD though unfortunately i cannot take any of the standard stimulants as treatment because of my heart, so basically i'm stuck with it 24/7
and yeah i've tried non-stimulant treatments like Atomoxetine, but just doesnt work for me, i had the best results with Adderall when i was younger.
@@GeirAgnarsson-qb9xh Every since my insurance couldn't cover stimulant's after 18 i been on non stimulant's less effective
I was diagnosed at a young age, step dad refused my treatment,that really screwed me up.im 43 and regret not seeking help sooner,drugs ruined me so much.
