Thank you for sharing. The night that I found you on TikTok I was struggling with anxiety and fear. I never have a Christian video pop up and there you were! I was in tears that night because I had been going through some health problems and I was so afraid something really bad was going to happen. You said, “You are going to be okay.” I knew God heard me and cared. You have no idea how grateful I was for that. I struggle accepting love and God has been so patient with me. Thanks for sharing your testimony. I am so thankful my testimony is short, sweet, and simple. However, I had to learn to keep walking in the spirit and take up my cross daily. The Christian life is not always easy.

A very compelling journey of faith that is far from over! Easy divorce has destroyed so many families and left behind so many casualties. The Church is a “family” in a spiritual and earthly sense. Finding our place in Christ’s Church is not always easy. I hope your journey will continue! 😊😊😊

Praying you continuously are being filled with the fruits of the spirit!! 💖 I completely resonated when you talked about not having any of your own interests but taking on the interests of others in your past relationships. For me that was the same relationship wise but more so with friendships for a long time growing up too in a “Luke warm” / non christian household, as I also was being very co dependent on others for my happiness even though looking back I had realized I wasn’t happy at all and of course those people and things they were interested in weren’t me at all! I had trouble for a long time finding christian girl friends, especially who were in similar seasons of life I was going through, and for a long time I prayed for and longed for that sense of friendship and community! Me and my husband finally have found a church we love that strives on christian community and there’s many various ages, and younger wife / mom groups I am able to start building that community with! I pray you find that as well! 🙂💖I also completely understand your family not understanding your faith or coming to know the Lord, but I’m finally finding the confidence to spread the gospel and his word into conversations even if they make jokes of it or shun it out. The Lord wants us to share his word! 💖

From instagram. You've helped and encouraged me alot. Thansk for drawing me closer to our creator. I've never been happier. Jesus is the way. Always has been. We just need to understand why he's perfect. He suffered o. The cross to sacrifice Himself. He knows our suffering. Jesus can relate. So we have our seasons of struggle. But those seasons prepare us for helping others one day. We are "in the cocoon". 😂 its nice finding others who are solid in their faith.

The Bible says there is more joy in Heaven over one sinner that repents than the 99 that never went astray...that's not to say " yahoo, I can sin all I want", and one day repent...it's just to let you know like the prodigal son, God awaits your return to love and fellowship with Him...Thank-you for sharing your testimony

Amazing testimony. I can definitely relate with the struggle of always depending on relationships for happiness during certain stages of my life. I was lucky enough to start a job a few years ago with a lot of loving Christians. The Holy Spirit slowly worked through them so that I could be a believer again. I actually found a church on CZcams that I really enjoy and I'm currently speaking with members to be baptized when I take the drive down to visit for the first time - I'm very excited! Anyways, I've also been searching this platform for small Christian creators to offer any type of marketing management/optimization or graphic/video services. I'm a legitimate business based out of Ohio and I'm more-so looking for free work to expand what I can offer. Let me know if you're interested! Stay blessed 🙏

Very powerful testimony! Very happy for you! The lord Jesus Christ set me free from the demon of alcohol, and a lot more, so happy you found the lord and savior Jesus Christ! How you explain/handle your grandpa's dead right now without being angry?
Why you came to real faith afterwards?
I think this is a great question that would take a bit to explain but I’ll try my best. After my grandpa passed, I thought it was God who had taken him FROM me. I was angry because he was such a good person and there are so many other bad people out there who should’ve died before him. The thing with God, is that He knows better than we do. There’s a reason why my papa passed away and we know that if he survived his heart attack, and had a less quality of life afterwards, that would be a worse fate. My papa was very active, loved to help his neighbours and play sports, dive off the pool etc. If he couldn’t do that, it would be horrible. My nana has also come to this conclusion that it’s better he went quick, rather than slowly deteriorated and became someone completely different.
I was angry for months after, but I started watching the Chosen and as bad as that is, it made me want to pursue Jesus again. God revealed so many things to me within those months, and I’ve come to peace knowing that His plan is better than mine. Doesn’t mean I don’t have moments where grief overwhelms me, because I do. I’m just not angry anymore. I hope this helps?

yeah I did question it, but the Lord revealed things to me through His Word. That’s how He communicates with us, and through other people!

I'm glad you're in a better place, but I hope you understand that if an idea makes you feel happy, that doesn't mean that the idea is actually true? There is no relation between emotional comfort and truth. Every other religion comforts its followers, and gives them joy, meaning, purpose, and belonging. Are those religions also true?
You were in an emotionally vulnerable, unhappy, desperate state, and you found a lifestyle that made you feel much better. Great! Please also realize that most atheists live a lifestyle that is purposeful, joyful, and full of community and love. So, you were not unhappy simply because you were an atheist, but because you had an unhappy family life, self-destructive behavior, and toxic relationships. Please understand that for some atheists, they grew up in Christian families with similar terrible dynamics, and only felt happy and at peace once they left their faith.
The notion that "the more an idea makes me feel comfortable, the more true it must be," is why we have election deniers after 2020. It's why people fall into MLMs and lose all their money, or give away their life savings to prosperity gospel grifters. Please be careful, and don't let this flawed type of reasoning destroy your happiness and security in other areas of your life. It's good to feel happy and comfortable, but it is even better to do it for good reasons that are firmly based in reality and justified by reason.
I appreciate this comment, however I rest in the fact that God does exist and that it is true. However if you don’t believe it, and if other atheists don’t believe then that’s fine. But I know it’s true. You also don’t have any clue as to why I was unhappy. It was because I didn’t have Jesus in my life that I was unhappy. It’s not Christ who drew people away from their faith, but flawed people who claimed to be Christians.
If that was true, she’ll just renounce Jesus when she inevitably has a period of unhappiness again, but I don’t see that happening, with how she presents herself, do you?
This is not wishful thinking, this is a genuine belief in Jesus. ✝️

@@Grandmaster_Dragonborn No. Why would someone abandon a lifestyle and worldview that works well for them? Especially when she's been convinced that her positive changes were due to her continuing belief.
We can't choose what we find convincing. Like I said, if she found something that makes her happy the great, but I also wanted to caution that the flawed reasoning that gives her this happiness leaves a door open for grifters and liars to take advantage of her.
