How to Make Cheese Potato Hot Dog :: Without Flour :: Korean Hot Dog :: Corn Dogs

I made a potato hot dog with potatoes instead of flour.
It's easier to make, and I like it because I don't have the burden of eating flour.
Great as a delicious snack or a hearty meal.
*** Weighing is scale (g), rice spoon (tbsp), teaspoon (tsp).
[4 portions]
✤ Ingredients
- 550g potatoes
- mozzarella cheese
- Sausage
- Starch powder (or flour)
- Egg 1
- Bread crumbs
✤ Potato seasoning
-1.5 tbsp of Parmesan cheese powder (optional/add some salt if omitted)
-0.5 tsp salt
-0.5 tsp black pepper
✤ TIP
-If you make it big like me, it takes a lot of oil and it's hard to fry, so make it a mini size.
-If parmesan cheese powder is omitted, add more salt while tasting.

One way to make this a little better is to cut the hotdogs into eight pieces instead of just two, then make eight equal sized cheese cubes and alternate them along the stick so there's cheese and hotdog in every bite.
Exactly what i was thinking, better distribution.
@@user-iq7en1lg3i Takes 15 seconds to do the extra chopping and maybe not even that long to do the extra alternating. If you're already spending an hour making this, what's less than a minute's worth of extra effort to make it much better?

I just finished making these and there SO GOOD! I have seen some people in the comments saying “The dough was to sticky” when I did it it wasn’t stick at all! When you try this remember get the potatoes that are yellow on the outside yo usually there called smash potatoes cause there made for mash potato! Hope this helps! 😃

Made these today, it was quite difficult to find the right amount of potato per hotdog. We ended up with waaaaaay more potato on the stick than we intended. But all in all it was fairly easy to prepare and tasted delicious!
