Trolling for Bass on Belews Lake NC First time and it was a success!

Trying out my $50 DIY trolling setup on Belews Lake NC. Didnt know what to expect but landed 26 fish in 3 hours with 16 of them being spotted bass. So excited this worked out and will be fun with the kids!

Retired from the Navy a few years ago and moved near that lake. Picked up a boat to get my Dad out on the water while I still can. Only been out to test the boat so far. Maybe we'll see ya on the water, We'll be the ones not catching anything lol

There are no white bass in Belews, just white perch.
