  • Today's recipe is Chicken with Roasted Chili Paste or Gai Pad Nam Prik Pao.
    Some people call this ingredient 'Thai chili jam' and it's rich in flavors, mainly sweet, salty and some brand can have a little hint of spicy.
    Each brand/household of Nam Prik Pao has their own recipe.
    Some use shrimp paste and some use dried shrimps(which are ground into paste) which makes each brand have a stronger taste than the others.
    So pick your favorite brand or see the recommended one being mentioned in the video.

    📒Recipe: Stir fry chicken with roasted chili paste ไก่ผัดน้ำพริกเผา | Thai Girl in the Kitchen
    - 500g Chicken thighs boneless
    - 4 tbsp Crispy flour/ Tempura flour/ rice flour or all-purpose flour..whatever you have
    - 180g. 3 colors bell peppers
    - 1/2 - 1 onion
    - Spring onion
    - Dried chili (optional)
    - 2-3 cloves of garlic
    Seasonings;
    - 2 tbsp Nam Prik Pao
    - 1 tbsp Light soy sauce
    - 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
    - 1 tsp Sugar
    - 2 tbsp Cornstarch water
    - Vegetable oil enough for deep frying
