No matter how great or bad an era is. Gordon will always be the best (Well except for that slip up in "Forever and Ever"). And he's also the best thing about the reboot, especially since Neil Crone reprised his role.

My favorite Gordon moment was the episode of Whistles and Sneezes in which Gordon was jealous of Henry for his success and near the end of his speech, his most famous line, "It isn't wrong,but we just don't do it", had always sticked to me as a kid. Both Henry and Gordon are my favorite Thomas and Friends characters
I use "It's not wrong, we just don't do it" as a secret joke. Because everyone who agrees is basically admitting to be like Gordon, without even realizing it (and hopefully soon getting comeuppance like he did).
