I've been listening to music intently for 50 years, and this just might be one of the best 'pop' songs I've heard. And perhaps the best film clip. My 15-year-old brought me this song tonight. "Dad you have to listen to this!" Have had it on repeat for an hour. Brilliant!

Right?? This alternation between aesthetics has me super hyped for the album. Alex g has been known to incorporate dissonance and electrónica really well but he has mostly stayed true to indie rock. Now he’s exploring with different characters and making it uniquely himself. Amazing stuff being made in this era!
