      Hi Roman, we really also like Craft. When we made the MX Keys we listened to our Craft customers feedback, so we could try to improve upon the design and experience. We're sure that you will enjoy using MX Keys, as much as you have liked Craft! MX Keys should be available by the end of the month in local retails. Here is the part number for the Russian layout: 920-009417. We have you enjoy using the MX Keys!

    I was at Best Buy and tried the demo unit of this keyboard they had on display and I instantly fell in love and bought one for myself. This keyboard just feels so nice with the indent on every key. You get into a 'flow' and I feel like I concentrate better on whatever I'm working on at my computer at home when I'm typing on this as silly as that sounds. It's sturdy, feels like it's made of a really strong material, it's not just cheap plastic. It almost feels like the Macbook keyboards. The travel is nice, you get just a little bit of feedback with every key and it feels right. I don't know how to explain this keyboard in a comment on a CZcams video but it checks all the right boxes for me.

    Make a mechanical version! As a creative in marketing, I love using a mechanical keyboard when I'm working at home. All you would really have to do is take the G915 (because its already wireless and low profile) - get rid of all the extra keys us creatives don't need (which will also allow you reduce the size significantly), get rid of the rgb (for price), add the flow functionality, and VOILA! The MX-Mechanical Keyboard... Just something to think about Logi ;)

    Like many users here suggested, if Logitech produces this same keyboard without the Numpad (like the standard Apple Magic Keyboard 2) and sells it for 79.99, I'd get one without question. The numpad's use cases are too limited to warrant the extra space they'd take up on my desk: this is coming from a developer. I really want to get this keyboard to have a seamless transition between a desktop, laptop, and an iPad Pro, just like my MX Master mouse, without taking up too much space. Hope this is a feedback Logitech would consider.

    From a programmer perspective, a TKL keyboard makes me to be more productive, since my hands are always really close to the essential part of the keyboard and the mouse, making the traveling between both devices faster and more convenient.

    I'd like to suggest that when you make illuminated keyboards in the future, if they are going to have only one color, then it should be red, not white. Red is the light that astronomers (or anyone who works in the dark) use, as it does not disturb the eyes ability to see in low light conditions.
    The human eye adapts vision for dark conditions, and red light helps maintain that adaptation. A more detailed explanation is here:
    archive.briankoberlein.com/2015/04/08/blinded-by-the-light/index.html
    An excerpt "...During daylight hours, your rods are over exposed, and so are less efficient. As light gets dimmer, a chemical change allows them to become even more sensitive, and your eyes become dark adapted. If you’ve ever been camping, you might have noticed that as dusk falls the green leaves will appear brighter. This is actually due to your rods becoming dark adapted. Rods are most sensitive at around 500 nanometers, which is in the green to cyan range of the spectrum. In the truly dim light of a dark starry night, your rods become highly sensitive, and the night sky comes alive.
    So what does this have to do with red lights? It only takes a brief exposure to bright light for your rods to over expose. Once that happens, you have a half hour or more to regain dark sensitivity, which can seriously hamper your astronomy experience. Since rods are less sensitive to red light (below 650 nanometers) you can use a red light source to view things without ruining your night vision..."
    I do hope you will consider this for future products. Thank you.

    Does the MX Keys have N-key Rollover? Specifically, W+Left Shift+Space? This key combination is deliberately disabled in all but the oldest K740 keyboards and some other non-gaming Logitech keyboards (my theory is that this is to encourage customers to purchase more expensive "gaming" keyboards). Why is it the key color for the Windows version is much lighter than the key color for the Mac version (Light grey for Windows and White for Mac). Normally I don't use backlight when typing and the grey color makes it harder for me to see and type. Besides that, there's a stickiness feeling when typing, so it kinda slows me down when I type. If I change the brightness manually, the keyboard forgets the brightness after Hybernate or standby state of my PC, and sets the brightness after restart to zero. After I turn of and on the keyboard, it switches to automatic brightness mode, and there is no problem at all. It occurs only in manual mode. Would be great if Logitech would fix it, trough firmware update.

      @@logitechsupport - thank you, right only option is to buy it from US or maybe I will find it in UK I hope so because from US I will have to pay extra taxes. US layout 920-008822 is perfect, for international. For example older K400 Plus in Polish market/shops also have US layout with only small difference it has big "L" Enter, this is only difference compare to K600 TV 920-008822 in US.

    It is really a stunning keyboard but would not buy it unless Logitech gives an option of standard batteries like AA or AAA. If you do that I would buy it straight away. I dont understand why manufacturers are saying that they are working towards greener planet while so many more devices are coming with built in batteries which can not be replaced and in the end what can you do other than replacing the device.

    it's a good looking keyboard, but particularly with Logitech's recent release of the G915, I'm somewhat mystified as to why this doesn't have Blue-equivalent or Brown-equivalent mechanical switches, widely preferred by writers and computer professionals (i.e. the target audience). The gamers get the good typing switches while the office workers get membrane.

    • @logitechsupport
      @logitechsupport Před 5 lety +3

      @elenchus, mechanical switches are great, but wouldn't be the right choice in professional environments where silent keys are preferred. But rest assured that every keystroke on MX Keys would be fluid, natural, fast, and accurate with a distinct tactile response. Cheers!
