      waughtfit, thank you so much for this video. i have suffered from some pretty severe swayback and rounding shoulder problem for well over a decade. there are so many noises in youtube but your videos on swayback on one of the most specialised and niched in on this topic. thank you!

    Just one question, towards the end when explaining the exercise with the dumbell, what do you mean with "reset the stack position" in case someone is experiencing back pain while performing the lift?

    So this will help if i have sacral compression and correct? I have a sway back with what seems to be atp too but I know a lot of sway back is postural. Would I tackle these exercise and look to help internal rotation and then tackle atp when I am in better alignment or will these exercises solve both problems?

      Try the exercises and see if they improve your mobility. Then reassess from there.

    Well my swayback is bit different because my stomach is out hips are backward out and shoulders are also backwardly out which is according to the definition makes S shape of swayback please consider it.

    Can this cause si joint pain I have this posture 🥲🥲

      It’s kind of a chicken or the egg situation. You can be in this posture because you have SI joint pain and sometime you can have this posture and it causes some SI joint pain. Definitely work going after imo. Really try to improve your ability to touch your toes and that can help relieve your symptoms and the the posture
