    So does your back knee have to touch the ground? That has always confused me.

      It kind of depends if you feel comfortable getting into that range. It's about being under control during all of that movement!

    My knee hurts when doing lunges. What i mean is the knee at the back foot when doing lunges not the front knee foot.
    The same movement when going down the stairs. The latter knee hurts
    I've always experienced that after every 3.2km run.
    Pls help

    ? Why you only tell about the front knee as a knee in default?
    It didn't help me. Wasted time.
