You forgot eighteen stalking charges for Jax again, since he said himself that he has all the keys to their rooms.
I mean he’s sentenced to death
@@simonpetrikov3992that changes nothing. He still doesn’t get charged for the stalking
@@tannersandschafer8513 it’s just unnecessary at that point
also stealing the keys and he stole the key to the kingdom from ragatha
Wait what about abstracted people
Putting the abstracted characters in the basement isn't false imprisonment, it's basically quarantining them to keep them from glitching or/and damaging the circus
Exactly
I agree with you! Caine’s not trying to do that just for trapping them for no reason, he’s trying to keep the circus safe so nobody glitches or the circus getting messy and damaged! Just like how Kaufo glitched Ragatha and damaged the circus in the Pilot episode!
Caine could put them somewhere that's not, y'know, an infinite, cold, dark wet void that will make them even more absolutely insane than they already are.

@@gavindinsmoor8196 oh i didn’t know
Instead of terrorism, we can say Jax made a genocide because he releases a monster who killed already persons before his banishment.
I would call casually pointing the loaded weapon at Gangle’s face reckless endangerment. Also he was plotting to murder and mutilate all the gators “until they’re unrecognizable.”
Charged with attempted murder and recklessness with a firearm.
Also black mail
Well it is legal to steal something back. So no theft charge for the syrup. And we don’t know if the shotgun was loaded. Cause the striker is in the un-primed position.

4:23 Hold up! They put on the headset by mistake, and Caine is a program in the circus doing the best he can to keep their minds intact. The fact that they are trapped is not his fault.
Fr fr fr fr fr fr
Yah. His job is to entertained.
Also he says that people abstracting is Caines fault when it isn't in fact the adventures are to keep them from abstracting
Charged for existing
@@CharlesFlatt-sh4bw Abstraction can be considered as neglection. Caine is responsible for the health and safety of everyone in his property. He keeps them entertained, feeds them (as seen at the end of episode 1), provides them with a place to sleep and rest (privacy is questionable), but doesn't bother to check on their health at the end of the day.
His adventures seems dangerous however, so reckless endangerment seems to be his main crime.
Jax being labeled as a villain😂 (rightfully so) but regardless Gumigoo is a victim here
Agreed
I don't think the characters are labelled as "villains" in this video, just "characters."
Canonically when Caine pops Bubble it doesn’t hurt them, as a matter of fact, Bubble really likes it. The only thing I’d say that could be counted as a crime per se would be the fact that one bubble is popped they are transported to some unknown location that we don’t really know of. Also I’d imagine somehow bubble being INSIDE of Pomni and coming out of her during one of the teasers would violate something
The only thing you're violating is caseohs bloodline
*I AM CAINE'S LAWYER AND IM HERE TO DEFEND SOME OF HIS CHARGES*
4:20-6:18 caine is just an ai that was implemented in the game he never kidnapped them here
4:40 for a good reason they would have been lost in the void
5:39 Would this not just be 1st degree murder (im a bad lawyer 8:45 lol)
5:58-6:03Caine does not control the Gloink's actions
6:50 he does not just "let" them get abstracted do you think Caine takes enjoyment of their suffering that is the literal reason why he made the adventeures that are not even mandotory to prevent them from going insane
7:55 that's why he lied about the exit
8:13 ah yes quarantining a mindless Monster that kills everything how evil
8:45 this is like the Amazing digital circus version of not calling the police when there is a burglar in your house
9:25 again caine is just an ai he has no access to the irl world (thus why he does not EXACTLY understand the characters properly) what is he even suppose to do to get them out if the escape was all the way to the computer screen he would need to generate a hallway all the way over there wich as you saw was for them the lenght of a galaxy and if they did reach to the computer screen what would they do ? Break the screen
10:04 yeah i cannot excuse this one
I know this video was just for fun so dont take this comment too seriously
10:04 well he might just sent him back to his place
Also, even though he killed him. basically an intruder and will make thing complicated killing him is probably to avoid the worst. Plus Cain ecan revive him so should we really be charging a guy for killing someone when he literally can revive him.
I'd like to object to your claim that Caine was unaware about kaufmo's abstraction, he has stated that he has
millions of all seeing eyes on everyone and after the previous abstractions, you'd think he'd develop a system
to immediately notify him of when anytime his players get abstracted.
he is aware it has happened and likely knows it could happen with anyone at anytime so to be unaware of their
current status when he has stated that he has an enormous amount of surveillance on them proves he is negligent
and his negligence led to multiple of his inhabitants getting severely harmed and left untreated for a long period of time.
@@bluelightstudios6191 Yeah he SAYS that but he very clearly doesn't. If he DID then he would have stopped the abstraction and he DEFINITELY would have stopped Pomni from going through the "exit".

@FernandoGarza-gd2og yeah but it is still killing, just making them come back after death
Caine is not criminally evil. He just doesn't understand human nature, for he is a very powerful AI, and he's lonely. Also, he ISN'T stalking. As you might know, he DOES say "hundreds of all seeing eyes on you", but when Pomni tried to contact him, he didn't respond at all. He was not part of the Gloinks causing havoc. He just made this adventure, so the others won't get bored and don't go insane. Kafmo abstracted on his own, for HE went insane. Caine just brought him here for the first reason I stated. And I don't think Caine killed Gummy Goo. I do believe he just sent him back.

Gummigoo should’ve gotten pardoned for redeeming himself
Gummi Goo are understandable motivations but Jax is totally a chaotic creep without redeeming quality just like Caine which is worse than that purple rabbit who show a small moment of sadness with the funeral of Kaufmo.
What-if Jax and Caine are the new embodiment of chaos ?
I guess you can say it’s Caine’s turn to be a BIG SHOT
Jax's reason to be chaotic is that he won't be charged with any crimes
Caine is Chaotic good and jax is Chaotic Evil lol
@@Seraphim-11 that's why i would be like Jax

@@Rpvr61 Oooooh... That makes more sense
6:54 I would argue that Caine is largely trying to prevent abstraction, but is totally incompetent in regards to human psychology. I'd put this under some kind of negligence or neglect, since I don't think "incompetence" is in the name of any particular crime.
Some crimes you missed for Jaxs was threatening to cannibalize ragatha stealing kaufmos key
Love how you can’t wait till the series ends for this. But truthfully, great video as always.
Caine isn't in charge of the circus, is just an AI host.
It's like charging the infinity gauntlet for thanos crimes.
If Caine got charged with false imprisonment for putting Kaufmo in the cellar, I think he should be charged for the other 11 abstracted characters, since it's pretty clear they are either still in there, or at least they were
Wouldn’t Jax have a blackmail charge for saying that he would tell Ragatha about the figurine thing
With the murder charge on Caine, i would put it as attempted murder, as it is not yet known if Gummigoo is still alive or not, plus Ragatha says that Caine reuses NPCs.
Gummigoo is already my favorite, I feel sorry for him, he didn’t deserve to die, pomni made a friend, 😢😢😢😢 I’m so proud of pomni.
The fact that gumigoo was the only one who was actually considered a criminal even though he did the least crimes 💀
Caine is not responsible Because Caine is the first one that wears the Headset.
P.S - it was somebody who made the Headset is responsible. Or Caine could be an NPC himself…
Single warning: Do not wear the Headset.
Letting Kofmo get abstracted isn’t his fault they go crazy by not doing stuff or being there for to long.
There are a few unnamed characters pictured on some doors that were probably trapped like the rest of the cast before what we can only assume was their abstraction.
2:00 He hit the pizza tower taunt! I CAN'T BELIVE IT! HE HIT THE PIZZA TOWER TAUNT!
0:46 i blame you for this >:(
To be fair, Caine doesn't exactly pull humans into the circus realm. They put on the headset of their own free will, despite not knowing the consequences. If anything, Caine is just following the orders of that C&A company while trying to make the "humans" new lives meaningful enough for them to not abstract.
Abstraction can be considered as neglection.
6:50 And, given the "headset" thing, "abstraction" probably means some form of brain damage and/or psychological torture.
Also, for Jax to say they'd been there for years, assuming that's accurate (time seems to be an abstract concept in ADC) that brings into question the levels of technology available for each headset. Obviously, each headset is capable of trapping the wearer's mind in the digital realm, but how many of the earlier models are more prone to things like glitches and breaking?
This also calls into question where their physical bodies are being held. While all conspiracies can be placed in a "SwordArtOnline" nutshell, this means Cain's IRL counterpart would be guilty of some form of Cyber Terrorism given the technology available to him.
Caine is an AI, but yeah I do wonder what happens to their physical being
I would categorize caine as sinisterly ignorant, as he does not seem to be all in one place.
I'd argue Caine didn't kidnap them. They put on the headset. False imprisonment is simple. No one knows how to get out, not even Caine, the rest is pretty much spot on
Gummigoo would probably get a lighter Sentence for stealing the syrup because it was to save his village
Why did Caine’s charge drop from 39 years to 36 years when he took Pomni on a “tour” of the circus grounds?
I think that’s meant to be 42 years.
I like how Jax is more of a menace than the actual villain
The kidnapping charge against Caine is a bit iffy since we don't know if he is actually keeping them there against their will. He just might not have the power to send them back as its not within his programming.
+Animated Courtroom, YOU PUT THE "A" IN AWESOME ! KEEP UP THE AWESOME WORK ! !
Gangle when she finds out jax is sentenced to death: get rekt Jax I don’t have to worry about you anymore >:)
You can't lay the kidnapping charges on Caine. He's no less trapped in the circus than the human characters, nor is he the one preventing them from leaving.
and he's an AI, he can't quite understand human feelings
Caine & Jax aren’t villains Caine doesn’t understand human reality & Jax is a troublemaker just a toddler
2:41 plus countless life sentences for mass murder of civilians (even though he didn’t do it, it was a direct consequence of his actions that was known to him before he did it, and it seems he had pleasure doing it, which isn’t a crime, but it means he’s a pyschopath)
2:12 throwing someone into a backseat full of knives is at least maybe “willful endangerment” if he knew the knives were there, plus assault for pushing Ragatha into the back of the truck.
1:35 Jax reserves in this one a murder conspiracy
Caine makes them do activities so they don’t go nuts he might went nuts because he wasn’t doing activities so he doesn’t go nuts
I like how Jax was just spinning at 0:59 and 3:19
You forgot Ajax blackmailed Gangle because he threatened to tell Ragatha that she had a figurine collection.
AYYYY Let's go!! Gummigoo was done so dirty T_T
I feel like the characters being teleported to the circus isn't Caine's fault, it's the headset's fault because they put the headset on and get teleported to the circus.
+Animated Courtroom, KEEP UP THE AWESOME WORK, FRIEND ! KEEP UP THE AWESOME WORK ! !
Cane never forced them to be there.
So no kidnaping.
Jax isn’t even a villain really but he still gets a D E T H sentence
The guy who unleashes a monster to go on a killing spree for his own amusement isn't a villain?
Oh I forgot about that part
Don't forget that Jax attacking Ragatha is also Assault
Gummigoo got shot by Caine I mean what the actual fuck I thought gummigoo would be chilling forever
AGAIN, +Animated Courtroom, KEEP UP THE AWESOME WORK, FRIEND ! KEEP UP THE AWESOME WORK ! !
Is Jax shooting the gummy bandits a crime? They are carrying out duties from the princess. 1:50
I really enjoyed this video but I want you to consider somethings about some of the charges you gave Caine that I see unjustified. More specifically, his kidnappings and false imprisonments sentences. For one, I think Caine isn’t responsible for the kidnappings of the humans that got trapped in the amazing digital circus since it’s never implied that he manipulated or forced anyone to wear the vr headsets. The ones who should be truly responsible for the human kidnappings should be the creators of ADC since they were the ones who created and programmed the game the way it is.
And now for the false imprisonments. I consider this sentence to be flimsy because there isn’t enough concrete evidence behind it. Although yes, Caine lied about there being an exit, he mentions that he didn’t actually know what to put at the end of it. This implies that Caine himself doesn’t know how to make the trapped humans leave the game. This is further proven when in the beginning of the pilot, where Pomni asks Caine if there’s a way to leave the circus and Caine presumable crashes because of the question. We currently know that Caine is an advance program of ADC able to mend the game to his will however, he doesn’t even know how to make the humans leave. Although, these are things to be considered since they can become irrelevant in the future with the show progressing, right now, these sentences hold little water behind them and I think they should be dropped for now.
8:10 As I said in the previous video, there is 12 more abstracted characters, so false imprisonment x13, so it's not 4 years in prison, but 52
Caine isn't kidnapping them, he's an AI and he is part of the game.
i can definitely see a jailbreak being the plot of one of caine's adventures, and when they ask what they did wrong the warden lists all their crimes at speeds a medicine commercial would be jealous of
also the idea of caine himself, a computer program, being put in real jail is pretty funny too. imagine you get locked up for life and your cellmate is an old computer tower that's plugged into the wall
Caine doesn’t really get the kidnapping charges, I think he’s just the master code whoever did kidnap them made to keep them there and entertained
Gotta love how caine is spending a whole century in jail but jax is charged the death sentence…
also the kidnapping is more than 6, it can roughly be 20-30 and seeing by the doors, there would be more soon.
Despite what Gummigoo did, you can't help but love the guy. Caine did him dirty. 😭😭🐊💚💛
I can't believe Jax of all people would get the death penalty.
OK we’re dropping gummy goose charges Bridges, because halfway through he had an accidental crisis and a change of heart heart. I feel like he doesn’t deserve to get Ronald around and jail.
Caine is an AI he doesn’t even know how to get them out of the amazing digital circus
I really thought that gummigoo wouldve gotten a mutilation charge for turning ragathas arms inside out lol
the intro was only there because you wanted those npc's to die
BEST "NEW" CZcams VIDEO IN THE UNIVERSE, AND I LOVE IT A LOT
Considering the other 11 humans that were trapped in the circus that most likely all abstracted Caine would get 11 more charges on mutilation and false imprisonment
Best Series Of All Times
To be fair to Caine, there's no proof he's the one causing the human to be trapped, nor that he actually has the power to free them.
Also with the supposed "removal" of gummigoo, AI's don't have human rights.
Finally Caine may not be mentally capable of understanding some of the charges, and wouldn't that effect the sentencing?
I feel like these punishments would depend on the laws that Caine set for this digital world. After all, he's the ringmaster.
+Animated Courtroom, I LOVE YOU, FRIEND ! I LOVE YOU ! !
Some of cains charges could be easily brushed off for the fact that he himself likely didn’t make the circus nor has to power to let anyone out. As for koffmo abstracting you could have added caused extreme emotional distress as a charge.
no way bro got charged with assault for popping a bubble he created
gummigoo was just trying to save his mother and a whole village, i don't think that's a villain act is it?
YOURE TELLING ME MUTILATION IS ONLY THREE YEARS?!?! I SHOULD DO THAT MORE OFTEN
I mean, I feel like it's at least implied that Caine doesn't know how to make an exit, and that's why there isn't one. He is just an AI in a video game canonically, I don't think he knows how to let them leave the game or even that there is life outside of it.
Jax also committed conspiracy to commit murder, blackmail and threatening violence.
You also forgot to charge Jax for "conspiracy to commit murder x3" for the gators when he said he'd "Shoot them until they're unrecognizable." In my state, that would be legal only if 1), Jax owned the truck, (which he doesn't), and 2), if they were inside his place of residence without his consent.
Yeah. JUSTIFIED FREAKIN MURDER.
_Texas is wild man..._
plus, I'd count popping bubble as murder, or at least attempted murder.
plus, all the other abstractions in the cellar. It's safe to assume that those are the other missing 12 characters, so that would add another 46 years. Alongside the other 46 years for the same people for the same crime, given Caufmo is counted in both cases as well.
They probably should've thought about it before doing the crime.
caine wasnt the one who kidnapped them, as he doesnt even know how to leave and he tried to make a fake exit but wasnt sure how to make the other side, which kind of confirms he doesnt know anything about the real world except for the place that he was made in, which makes sense because he was made IN the place, so of course he would know about it.
I still stand by my point in the previous video, Caine is not directly responsible for everyone getting trapped in the circus. That fault would go to whoever designed the circus. Caine is an AI created along side the circus, not the direct creator of the circus.
I don't think Caine should get a kidnapping sentence for people entering the circus since he didn't make them enter, probably not even knowing about them until after they arrived. False Imprisonment is questionable in this scenario since it's implied that he honestly doesn't know how to create an actual exit.
Wooo, thanks for doing this!
