When reading the part where Bonney turned into a Giant, I now question if she will end up becoming a One Piece version of Rouge or Taskmaster from Marvel Comics? Which also makes me wonder if it is good for Bonney's character if she continues to imitate other people's abilities instead of using her own unique style.

Also on another note. The mother flame is not the weapon. It’s the power source. I know that’s the confusion. I seen other channels debate over it. The weapon cannot operate without vegapunk invention which powers it. It is an engine. A prototype created from vegapunk attempt to figure out how the robot works.
I'm guessing the two sins Vegapunk mentions has to do with creating the mother flame as one sin, a sin hurting the world and it's citizens, the second sin is against the world government in regards to researching the world government.
Its a nice duality to his sins, he was never on anyone's side to begin with, his dream being to stop wars by creating infinite energy, what Vegapunk wanted was a stalemate, no need for a winner. The mother flame 100% has to do with his goal, but obviously in the wrong hands it destroys islands, a sin against the world.
I think it’s more to do with his partnering with the world government and giving them terrible weapons and failing to use his science to help the world

Whats interesting about One Piece has always been its vast amount of islands. According to the wiki theres several million of them scattered throughout the world with the only single continent size land mass being the Red Line.

Considering water seven has been facing the issue of sinking island each year, its possible that iceburg will play a role on the final arc by making islands float and save people from rising sea water .

I think that the one piece world has already sunk once before, and now it’s going to sink further. It would help tie into the noah’s ark aswell as the celestial dragons living on top of the red line and ancient wano being submerged in water.Perhaps 800 years ago the ancient kingdom realised the world was sinking, they built the noah’s ark to help save everyone but some of the kings and queens decided to sacrifice their people and move to the red line instead.

this is probably what the gorosei meant by "a cleansing". my guess is that in the void century there were many more islands but then were sunk in order to erase history. I believe that the sunken colony of ancient wano was a way to foreshadow this.

I really hope our last few arcs aren’t just Egghead, Elbaf, Laugh Tale, and the War. We honestly are gonna need something to cool down the crazy heat that’s going on right now after Elbaf, since that’s clearly where we’re going next. But we’re gonna need a break for a bit before diving headfirst into the final fights with Blackbeard, the Gorosei, God’s Knights, and Imu.
So this is why the world nobles live on Marie Joa. This is why there isn’t anything like continents on the planet. This may also factor into what happened during the void century and the promise from Joy Boy to the fishmen and some other questions regarding the Noah.

My Theory is that the original world was actually all land and very little ocean, and imu and others use some powers to drown the world, and the fishman are the humans who got left behind and mutated to adapt in water and the world is actually sinking for 800 years hence the Water 7 arc and that's what joyboy was preventing but couldn't do it because he was probably betrayed by someone, and he probably created islands for humans to survive, and one piece is the one that can bring the world to the surface again that's why the gorosei is not letting anyone that to happen, roger knows this but also knows that in order to save the world again, it must be someone who got the gum fruit or the nika fruit

The sinking has been a slow but steady affair as mentioned by ICEBERG in water 7. However with real life parallels the motherflame likely will exacerbate the problem. The weapon used seems to drill literal holes in the world like fracking. It is possible so many holes have been dug and extracted of resources that certain areas are likely to collapse lower and be in greater danger of flooding. The redline is the one place no drilling took place that would still be stable once a collapse occurs. In order to save the world the red line must be brought down and the means of escape for those involved must be destroyed. Unless we are already too late in which case ships for all people must be built together to survive the coming flood.
