Unless someone straight up said to him “she’s actually a 12 year old girl” he would most likely assume she’s just changing form. What if the one piece is instructions on how to use the Nika fruit to it's full potential. If it's at the bottom of the sea, and Imu controls the sea, maybe Imu also creates the effect that DF users can't swim. Shanks goes and retrieves the one piece and brings it to Elbaf for Luffy to see. There on Elbaf, Luffy will have plenty of area and terrain to practice and hone his DF to it's best. I'm stoned.😅

I think the broadcast is coming directly from stussy and her mission was likely to get close to the gorosei, learn what she could, relay that information and play the message in secret at his death. that's why we never see stussy on the phone when vegapunk calls her. she was likely created with other capabilities since shes a clone

Whole Cake his best feat was stopping a bullet like a jelly bean, and beating up Luffy while he was not fighting back. (also making a cake, but I do not get how that's a feat.)
Wano, his foe was Queen, somebody that in every fight he was in, he was getting wrecked, but his science, and durability made him kept him around. Not only was Sanji’s new upgrade pointless against Queen’s durability but him stacking all of his powers, and abilities was not enough, so he needed to use it hundreds to thousands of times when it just took big Mom one punch.
Egghead was better, but it was just back, and forth. Just Sanji making us think he was going to beat Kizaru or a 5 elder member, just to get pushed to the side or have somebody else fighting them. Hell, his kicking a laser was instantly made useless with Kizaru getting Vegapunk right after. If you want to count him tanking a Seraphim punch as a feat that's fine, but I do not see any feats pointing toward their physical strength being all that crazy, just their speed, and resistance/durability.
My Theory is that the original world was actually all land and very little ocean, and imu and others use some powers to drown the world, and the fishman are the humans who got left behind and mutated to adapt in water and the world is actually sinking for 800 years hence the Water 7 arc and that's what joyboy was preventing but couldn't do it because he was probably betrayed by someone, and he probably created islands for humans to survive, and one piece is the one that can bring the world to the surface again that's why the gorosei is not letting anyone that to happen, roger knows this but also knows that in order to save the world again, it must be someone who got the gum fruit or the nika fruit
