Today I ran into the first song I don’t remember ever hearing which was #3. Not going to disgrace myself anymore by trying to title this French piece by Bizet. I think that "Clair de Lune" from Debussy is a pure chef-d'oeuvre. This song is still a hit. I mean, it's perfect. You feel all sorts of feelings through this melody, and even vizualize the moonlight when listen to it.

I have made a list of music that I want played at my funeral, because they are my favorites. Claire de Lune by Debussy tops my list. That piece moves me deeply and if I am sad, it gives comfort; if I am happy, it brings beauty.

XD Chopin on le sait et nait en Pologne, Offenbach est né Allemand, Berlioz et Saint-Saens ont passé leur vie en Angleterre et en Allemagne, Stravinsky et un cas particulier car il est russe mais eu une période française dans sa vie.
