(Audio Described) LitVar 2.0: A Genomic Variant Search Tool

This video on LitVar 2.0 has audio description (AD), which describes imagery for individuals with vision limitations. LitVar 2.0 is a web service that allows users to find and retrieve variant-specific information from the biomedical literature. It uses text mining and machine learning to give different forms of the same variant a unique, standardized name. This lets LitVar 2.0 find all matching articles, regardless of the use of a specific name in the query. LitVar 2.0 is freely available to the research community. Launched in 2023, LitVar 2.0 it is an improved version of LitVar, which launched in 2018.
