There are many ways to brew coffee by using the Hario switch. You can try the 8.5 version first and try the flavor which you are like it or not. If you have any questions, ask again and we can help you adjust.
We have never been to a coffee shop in China and are not familiar with it. You can choose the shop you like and go in directly and have a cup of coffee . If you find the coffee shop which you like it , please share it with us 😊
Our shop is Who Coffee in Yilan, Taiwan. If you have the chance to Taiwan for traveling, you could visit us. We are looking forward to see you one day .
