You have my eternal gratitude!
HUGE thanks to Matthew at Franklin eWaste for accepting my offer and enabling this madness! They have a CZcams channel on the subject of eWaste recycling (@yardmine) and an eBay store. Also, MAJOR props to them for saving these machines instead of scrapping them. Check them out!

Have I completely lost my mind? I sure hope so! I found this MASSIVE collection of computers from the 1980s thru the early-mid 2000s, and I bought ALL OF THEM! Be sure to subscribe as I'm going to be tearing down, testing and restoring (to the best condition possible) each and every one of these!
How is this guy so cute... and so into computers... all the guy's i've met Are never this into computers
Definitely the cutest computer geek on CZcams 😄 So sweet, and so happy...it's quite infectious. Makes me happy seeing someone else so happy 😄
definitely peak man right here
Awkward
@@boudewijnborger1492 how ?
Your obvious excitement after getting your hands on all those old PCs is really adorable.
I've seen a gazzillion different cases come by in my years as a repair technician in the 1990's. I recognise about 50 percent of all those machines he bought, and of some of them even where I saw it.
I still have a compaq armada E500 laptop from 2000. And it still works.
You’ve made my partner a happy man. So many enjoyable memories for him seeing the tech you’ve saved. It’s also nice to see someone enjoy themselves so much. Keep up the good work!
Congratulations! You're excitement is absolutely contagious 🙂
As an SGI Guy, I'm SUPER excited to see you test and restore that teal Indigo 2, as beat up as it is I still think it looks beautiful!
Thanks! This is my first SGI system. I have much to learn about it! I really hope it still has its original IRIX install!
@@miketech1024 show it in a video
I'm super jealous! Not because of the machines but the appreciation of this guy.
Im ealous because of the machines damn
I'm so excited about all the new content these computers will bring.
This young man has a beige future :)
This puts my tiny collection of vintage hardware to shame... This is an incredible haul! You're channel is exploding! I think I only subscribed a few weeks ago and your channel is growing very rapidly! Congrats!! 💖
Thanks! I am absolutely blown away by the pace of growth! So happy to see there are so many like me whom are obsessed with these types of systems. Thanks for subscribing!
@@miketech1024 The pleasure is mine. Subscribing is the very least I could do. I look forward to watching all the videos on your channel, along with learning a bunch of things I didn't know along the way! 🍻
I'm happy for you MikeTech, I'd never have enough room to house all these old rigs!
Thanks! Suddenly a 2-car garage doesn't seem so big...
Just found your channel and love it! One of my old hobbies was building vintage computers. BTW, Happy Birthday!
once in a lifetime, water flowing underground... out in the blue again, after the money's gone..... : )
Thanks!
Ha ha, really should have watched some of your videos in order. I just picked the ones where you 'flexed' the thumbnail skills. Looks like you had a great day discovering all those hidden treasures. Excited to see that silicone graphics machine.
Oh this would have me shaking with excitement too. Awesome haul! Wish that kind of opportunity would show up around here. I was on the edge of my seat through the whole video looking at all this glory. Looking forward to everything being covered. Huge props to the recycling company for keeping it all intact as possible. I love their feedback replies on their eBay account too!
We’re very lucky to have found a recycler that’s respectful of these special machines!
This is the first video i see from your channel. If anyone was to get that haul of computers, it was you. The happyness glows :) Looking forward to browse thru your channels content now :)
Awesome find! You hit the jackpot. I love the end where you're sitting on the PC throne, haha.
The retro tech gods have definitely smiled upon me!
hot and a computer geek? i'm in! subscribed 😂😂
mike i cannot wait to watch this video tomorrow. you out here living life full
You've just bought endless hours of content for the channel! Also, nice Andrew Christians! Lol 😉
What an amazing find! The haul of hauls for sure, it's like your own personal computer reset! Look forward to seeing the explorations and restorations of these systems!
I love seeing people get so excited when they hit the jackpot like that. Way to go man. My favorites are the Compaqs and eMachines and it looks like you feel the same way!
Oh man... Let me pick my jaw up off the ground xD! What a haul, I'm speechless... I can't even imagine the treasures you'll find inside those cases! And that InWin full tower (IW-Q500 maybe?) looks amazing! 🤤🤤 Happy birthday and congratulations!
Thanks so much!!
Yeah, I saw that one. I miss my Q500 case (lost it in a house fire about 15 years ago). Mine had gone through probably 4 different motherboards in it's lifetime.

That must’ve been a touching moment. when seeing a touching a physical object that can take you back deeper than a memory on its own. incredible.
Loving your infectious enthusiasm
Looks like you're going to be busy for a while! I can't wait to see more content on these machines...
Imagine figuring out the right keyboards, mice, cables and monitoring.
Happy for you and angry it’s not my haul. 😃
Holy crap dude, congrats on the find! It’ll be neat to see what all works. Looks like a lot of work ahead of you.
I LOVE vintage computers too! Especially 386, 486... I really really envy you. Thank you for sharing your enjoyable experiences.
I tried not to drool during the entire video! Cathode Ray Dude sent me LOL! Absolutely can't wait to see videos on these PCs! Love vintage computers, so these will be exciting for sure! You got yourself a subscriber!
Thanks so much! CRD is the best!!
Dude, that is one heck of a haul! Congrats!
Hello, greetings from Turkey. I am a processor collector and I love it. Good luck with your collection...
Awesome find! Can't wait to see the break downs of what is in them.
wow! this is insane, I bet you'll enjoy so much these systems. and of course, you'll have a lot of video content to do, which is also cool for us, the viewers. congratulations Mike!
Binge watched your other videos and was sad when you ran out of PCs to fix. Excited to see you dig into your new stash! Hope you find some gems!
congrats on the haul. i hope that you manage to find some rare and cool parts in those systems.
That promises a lot of nice videos of them being tested and fixed! Also, what problem? I don’t see a problem here :)
That means you are insane. 8-)
Happy birthday bro🎉. What a find! Can’t wait for the next episode… Nostalgia❤
Thanks!
Love this 😄 Fantastic seeing someone so thrilled with their latest find. Absolutely ADORABLE 😄😄😄 HAPPY BIRTHDAY, TOO!! ❤
Thanks so much!!
You got yourself a new Patreon supporter 😄👍
@@njm1971nyc Oh wow I sincerely appreciate it! Thank you for helping to support this madness! 😂❤️
@@miketech1024 you're very welcome 😄👍👍
Idk wth I'm watching these vids. Nostalgia? I really like your demeanor and production style. Dammit now I want to try to find a 90s PC lol
I've only just watched this after watching the 12 videos that came after it. Great video and really enjoyed the videos that followed this one. My favourite channel on CZcams at the moment. Mike much more relaxed in this one that the others i've seen, but those are all great too!
Lots of stuff to explore!!! Looking forward to future videos!!! Great job!!!
That is the coolest haul of all time. Really good stuff. Whether they work or not, all the fun is in discovering. Great video. Thank you
Lot of fun time ahead, good luck bringing some of those antics back to life
Thanks for sharing brother!
Major haul! Can't wait to see the testing and fixing videos.
Pretty awesome haul regardless of the cumbersome journey, can’t wait to see the new content that you’re gonna be creating out of all these systems! I know you’re channel’s gonna grow for sure, can’t wait to watch it get there
Looking forward to see these beautys all come out. 😁 Great find
I love all of this (now) old technology. When these first came out they were exciting back then, but few people appreciate vintage electronics the way you do - and me -- and I see quite a few other people on here!
This is how Tetris was invented. Also, I bet that was a freaking work out! Some of those full towers are beasts in weight.
This guy just bought a miniature PC Reset, what a legend! That's content for over a year. And I'd be especially excited for those keyboards, I'm very much into that. Plus you just saved a whole bunch of machines from being scrapped and giving them new life, that's something all of us would want to do if given the chance.
Can’t wait to see you go through all these! Hopefully you’ll find some cool cards too!
If I find a Voodoo2 card somewhere in there, you will definitely hear me scream! 🤣
This is a gold mine. There are so many companies that still rely on legacy computers to support legacy systems. Well done!
It always rains when you drive a uhaul. Never fails.
Amazing, well done. I used to use the small Compaq in a gatehouse, put flight sim on it
I would have that excited too 😃 if i got that many old pc's as well. i love old computer hardware and old devices like pdas and early mp3 players and stuff. Im enjoying the content ur making on them.👍
Here from CRD, excited about what you'll unearth!
That's cool to see you picked up that lot! I was curious who would wind up buying it!
Awesome haul brother. Cannot wait for the upcoming content.
Nice bro, look forward to all the future content!
I’d be so sore from moving all those, luckily you’ve got no shortage of 💪🏼
Awesome! Can't wait for more videos of this loot
Its incredible your knowledge of all this tech its awesome and ive been telling everyone about your channel so hopefully you will go viral ( well here in england at least) i look forward to your future content
Thank you so much!
Wooooow! Lucky lucky guy! Look forward to all the content to come!
can't wait to see new videos about those pc's! congrats!
wow, incredible haul, love the huge computer chair your sitting in at the end of clip lol 😂
Just found uour channel and I think it's a great addition to my retro computing favorites!

Awesome find!!
Truly Awesome. What a colossal find. Can't wait to see you dig into that sea of Beige.
this is genuinely insane, keen for the content
Absolutely awesome, glad you found these and these fuel for more content later on lol.
Wow! I would have enough to try, test, mix up, upgrade the rest of my life! Congrats!
Congrats. Also the snake pits depicted on that U-Haul is a cool place to visit this time of year
Dudes living my dream
Great Job On 200+ Old PCs!
Buddy just bought 2-3 years worth of content right there! Well done and can't wait to see the results
Huge fan! Love your work x
Very cool that you are interested in radio!!!
Lol, we know the feeling. You got yourself a small treasure right there. Enjoy
Man after my own heart
You have a new sub from Argentina, amazing found and can't wait to see more!
Lucky bugger, so much fun to be had with that load lol, bios updates, driver downloads, band replacements :) God I'd love it if they did "something" like this in Melbourne, Australia, so jealous right now lol . Looking forward to seeing the recovery of these systems mate well done :)
Wow, what a haul! Might have been a 7-hour drive but some nice goodies in there. A friend of mine had one like that "newer" presario, I remember good times playing games on it. Pretty sure one of those ATs was my first computer with a pentium!
Oh and your excitement is adorable. 🤗
i would drive across the entire country just to get half of these
Dude! This is insane. What a lucky guy.
That’s an amazing collection you scored! And happy belated Cutie! You should totally get your HAM license. I’m thinking about getting mine
*WOW* I think I'm watching a dream!! *JACKPOT*
Haha, this is the kind of lunacy I enjoy lol😅 happy birthday buddy!
Thanks!
Awesome stuff! Love the style of ur videos.
Thanks!
I saw that lot on Facebook. I'm glad it went to a fellow enthusiast!
Man the way you talk about your computers. I am flumoxxed at your enthusiasm. Shaking at the excitement. 👌👌 You have your work cut out sir.
"This does compute!" (paraphrased from "Lost In Space Robot "That does not compute" phrase)
wow well this proves there are still loads of older machines out there if you know where to find them. once got 48 k6-2 systems from a school, that was a fun loading job lol. good score on the model 30. I have a complete model 30 286 with it's external 5.25 drive. this also proves that vintage collecting is a young man's game these days. such a load would kill me for a week, provided I had the energy to move even 10 of those systems.
Yeah they're definitely still out there, just might take some searching in unusual places. Yeah I got to shamelessly skip a couple of gym sessions thanks to the loading and unloading. Honestly though the terrible U-Haul seat is what wrecked my back. Whoever designed that thing has clearly never seen a human before!
A thing i can only dream of. This is fantastic!
What a haul! You will be quite busy for quite a while, looking forward to the videos!
What a Happy Birthday!
Hey MikeTech, I still have Mini CDR's and Mini DVD's.
Cool! I used to have blank CDRs that were decorated to look like vinyl records. I used those and the Cool Color CDRs all the time.
@@miketech1024 Yes I have those too. A fresh pile. There's an old thrift store near where I live where I find these things. I like using them from time to time. I have fun using this old stuff. I still use DVD's too.
What a steal! I wish I could go there and do some ancient PC archeology.
Cute, smart, with a love of tech... Sigh
I am very jealous! Love to see those old Dell towers in a future video
So much gold on those circuits
