Just a different view, who knows I just know how I am about my kids and even letting someone else watching them gives me anxiety because I never want them to have that fear and how if he felt that way after his dad bailed, the other soldiers truly became his family and wanting to be accepted and them never feeling it. Deep I know but just a thought

This is a great history, and its bizzare that Australia dont reconize him for his actions (the americans send letters to them, even medals, but the Australian militaries discharge him, really strange).
Like you said, perhaps been an orphane makes him to keep goin and dont abandon them there. A true hero, wihout need to kill the others.
Be prepare to the Inmate 4859 song and history, you need i think to be more prepared than the Firestorm history....

Australia does recognise him as a hero but he didn't get an award as it was a American operation and at that time we weren't aloud to award him
The thing about war is that with all the explosions from gunfire and artillery, wildlife wasn’t ever an issue because they were terrified and would run away like a dog during a thunderstorm. Snakes and other animals that aren’t quite affected by sound would start to migrate with the fleeing wildlife purely because their prey was moving and they needed to move with them or be left alone to starve.

As I stated after the music video, the thing that amazes me, is the fact that he did what he did...in that terrain and that determination. To me...that is true heroism. So sad that he didn't get the recognition he deserved in his country
Great points, I hadn't really thought about how his childhood probably shaped his drive to not abandon those in need. The History pt2 isn't actually about Bull Allen, it's just some extra stories of other combat medics. The Soldier Of 3 Armies is the only history in multiple parts that are all related to the song story. All the other 'pt2' episodes are just extra stories along similar lines.
Gallipoli have more than one part that are related.

@@rosswhite5975 Yes 2 parts, and i dont have in mind if another song have 2 history chapters related. But all the others parts in history channel are nice to see. The combat medic part 2 have nice examples of medics fighting in the war.
Yeah you live with it forever. For me after my adopted mother passed in 2015, I was contacted by a woman on facebook who turned out to be my biological cousin who in turn got me in touch with my biological mom. Once everything was explained I got the closure I needed and put it behind me but even then for my kids sake never want them to live with the feeling I did.

Another great reaction, thanks! :-) I agree, Par is the most dedicated man in the band along Joakim, of course. And with great passion. They both talk about it in their first professional DVD, which was made in Poland during the Woodstock festival in 2012 (three days free festival organized annually by Jurek Owsiak). I t would be great if you react to its first 12 minutes where Par and Joakim talk about their aims for the band. The human mind is not capable of withstanding such truma. You can learn to live with it but it will never leave. We just don't do enough for the people that suffer from it. 22 veterans commit suicide a day in the US, more than double the rate of non veterans.
