Love the laundry and mundane tasks. There’s something quite fascinating about viewing the everyday lives of the ppl of NYC. Chelsea Callahan and your channel are one of my favorites. Again, I respect your persistence in hopes of getting your apartment fixed. Ppl like you make the world a better place. Your helping everyone who will live there after you. 🎉🐶So proud of Jhaape, too!

Hi Tisha, good to see you. Just my opinion, I would report that the window has not been fixed. Even though you aren't planning on staying there, you might be helping someone out in the future by not letting the building get away with it. Hope you have a great weekend & give jhaape a 💋 from me.
I agree, I used to work in Code Enforcement and codes are in place for a reason. Although you don't see a need for a window to open, there are some sad fire cases in which people found themselves trapped as their windows were sealed shut. It's a pain to do this but it's super important :)

I always have that hesitation about reporting issues to property management too, but the reality is, this is their job. Most of them love to cut corners and violate codes because of laziness or lack of care, or whatever else. But everyone should be able to live in a safe, comfortable environment and it's worth following up to make sure they do what they're supposed to.

Can you do a "what I spend in a week" video? When I lived in Jersey City this summer, paying for laundry made me so mad lol. I won't take my washer and dryer in Texas for granted anymore

Loved this vlog! It's always a good feeling meeting someone from your home country, especially from the same area. Also, I'm glad to see that the mold test came, I would report the window not being fixed only because it is a safety hazard and they lied. But I can see how you'd be over it also.

Aww glad you got to connect with someone from your home. My ex coworker is from Nepal and his new wife as well. I remember worrying about her cuz she JUST came over to the states and doesn't have a job or many friends yet.

Yes, I know it’s a pain but do tell the housing apartment about the window. The housing department can fix that too and send your building the bill!
I ended up emailing them that the window has not been fixed! Yeah, it’s the right thing to do
The laundry rack! There should be screws on the main structure at the end of the rods that are coming loose, if there are you can tighten them and that should fix it! I have the same one and that has happened

Hi Tisha, As always I enjoy spending time with you via your vlog and of course your cute little dog, you are both so lucky to have each other. I give you so much credit as a single independent woman doing all the things you need to do in your day-to-day life. I know that things such as your clothes and things tend to pile up on you so you should use this motto, do not put things down pit them away and your apartment will stay neat. I love when I walk through my front door and everything is in its place especially if I have had a bad day. I am also glad that some of your apartment issues have been resolved but continue fighting for the ones that have not and hopefully your next apartment will be a lot better for you. I look forward to your next move and how you will decorate it. Keep smiling and stay positive, things will come together for you and Chappie, not sure if I spelled his name right. Oh, this is super interesting.....your dog and my dog( but my dog have 35kilos)and they eat the same type of food, only different flavors, but the bag is even the same size (12kg)😂
I pay bag around 100 euros with discounts is 80 euros and food is super nice for dogs .

you have to report the window issues to nys building, your building management is making you look bad and that can and will follow you, what if your next apartment call these one for reference they can tell them anything, if you have to dispute you will have your proof,,so far as nyc fixing the window its not free the will bill the building taxes at the end of year, and thats what your management dont want,they think they slick.
That’s a goos point 🙏🏽 I did end up sending an email to the building management.

So you can go to her other vlogs and she says what her rent, her apartment size, etc.
But why do you think she'd tell you how much she makes? You also know that she has one job (because she mentions her working remotely) and is a content creator so bare minimum 2.
