I’ve had decent results with opt-in ads but have had a hard time with ads for direct product sales. It seems I do a little more than breaking even and I’m always a little scared to risk scaling up.
So for now, I just have the opt-in ad running for the free guide and let my email marketing build the relationship and do the direct selling.
Also looking into Systeme IO based on toro recommendation. I currently use Drip but it’s become quite expensive (I’m at around 10k email subs).
If your opt-in ads are working and the emails are closing new sales - I'd double down on that rather than play with the 'breakeven' direct to sales....
My suggestion with the sales campaign would be to add an upsell in there to see if you can bump that average transaction value up a bit. It only takes a few people to do it sometimes.
As for Drip, I would not leave drip for Systeme. That would be a BIG downgrade but I get that it's pricy. I recommend systeme since it's great for beginners to get running fast. Since your already at 10k and using Drip there aren't many better options. If it's not breaking the bank I'd stay with Drip until it makes sense to upgrade to Active Campaign. The time/resources to move autoresponders is why I'd stay even though it's $150 per month. Aweber and Convertkit would be the two solutions to look at if your thinking about switching. Convertkit has the best automations for the price point in my opinion.

@@JasonAWhaling Dude, thank you so much for the response. On that bite, I’ll stick with Drip. The issue I need to focus on is simply increasing revenue.
I’ll also co to use focusing on the opt-in ad over direct sales. And I’ll be closely monitoring my open/click and sales rates.

Jason, I have a question about uploading videos for Facebook ads. I uploaded 2 videos over 24 hours ago. When I uploaded them, I got a message saying -"Facebook early media policy check in progress" and both videos still have a red octagon over them and can't be selected. Do you know if it's just taking a while to review the videos or is something wrong?
There's nothing you need to do while that is happening. It's just the FB algorithm auto-reviewing. Nothing to worry about.
How long does it goes until its published as adds?
Facebook reviews all ads before they go live. Could be a day or so depending on your account and how many ads you've run in the past
Did you have a pdf for that ??
Sorry, I don't have a Playbook for Facebook ads yet :(
They take quite a while to create so it will be a while before we have one like we do for Google and CZcams ads
